after watching today's epi my first reaction was like koi iss ishwari ko mental asylum bhejo pls...her obsession has reached such heights that she is even talking all rubbish about indian culture and all...in which indian culture its written that we cant choose our own life partners...yes i agree unlike western culture we gv importance to parents' blessings but making dev tell to those foreigners that india has
only arranged marriage is not only laughable but a blatant false impression of indians...and ishwari saying this now is so disgusting since her daughter did love marriage just a few days back...so does she want to say that neha is not sanskaari and has gone against indian culture...
and really wat else is wrong with her...dev telling her not to work in the kitchen since dr. bose has told him that she is unwell...so wat was out of place here...sona is her doctor, rite...so obviously dev will listen to a doctor's instructions...we all do that i guess...but i just loooved it how dev replied back that regarding her health he will listen only to dr. bose...thankfully dev had the guts to speak out this time otherwise everytime ishwari is cornering him these days regarding sona he is hving loss of words...
and the most ridiculous part was wen dev went away from the kitchen and ishwari was like "baat keh to tu raha hai par bol kisi aur ke hai"...ishwariji r u serious...u mean ur son is speaking someone else's words...all the concern that he is showing for her health all that is just someone's else words...how mean was that...all his life dev has worshipped her and has been concerned over her health and today she is not even ready to believe that dev's concern is genuine and not generated by sona...
oh leave it...i better focus on devakshi...
devakshi scenes always brighten up my mood and today we got couple of them...that was so cute of dev to write devakshi with 2 hearts on her nape...one thing i find in dev which is actually very romantic but can be risky for sona...dev has this habit of assuming that sona will always find ways to indulge her romantic wishes...for instance dev is always sms-ing her to come and meet her in his room widout bothering how sona will avoid others to come upstairs...and now dev is all like "mera haq hai" and writing devakshi on her back leaving it to her to cope if others especially ishwari sees it...
but i love it...dev exercising haq on her is extremely romantic but i wish he wud tell the truth to ishwari before talking about haq and all...
ok so mamaji knows now...i hope he will try to make ishwari see sense and will not indulge her over-obsessiveness...
all in all i loved the episode...and i wud like to applaud the CVs for showing such raw face of a boy's mother...since i hv seen very similar MILs around me i know there is nothing in OTT in anything that they r showing...
