Did anyone see the precap? I don't think that dev should have pushed the bowl of halwa like that. He knew his mother made it very pyaar sey for
Him and moreover, he knows sona won't mind if he eats some of the halwa to make his mom happy. But then again, poor dev is caught in between his mom and his love.
Thoughts?

I think he realised that inspite of denying her mom to standup she took trouble to make halwa.. n that makes him angry... n ishwari maa will interpret it in other way round! That's my POV..

Yeah it was very wrong. Even Sona would've wanted him to have eaten the bowl of halwa, because Ishwari made it for him. It was very mean of him to do

This is where the "doormat" title is deserved.

He just takes things in literal sense and doesnt try and understand the situation himself.

Sona ne kaha mat khao to bas nahi khayega. Not thinking for himself when to follow advices (even the good ones) and when not to ..because there are always exceptions and you just can't blindly follow every thing sona says.

This is where the problem is. Kabhi maa ka anchal pakda to kabhi sona ka. When will he grow up to make his own decisions, mistakes and learn from them.
