Even before I agree to the changing priorities, I would like to call upon the 'change' in itself is THE thing with kids 🤔.. The way they adapt to changes, the adults can never match that pace... When the son was born the mother was born as well🤗.. How much changes she must have gone through in that new phase... And the moment she got habituated to those changes, that's it.. She's stuck and stayed there.. That too very comfortably with no one to disturb her position.. There was no husband, no daughters who intruded that space she created for herself around her son..

Yes, you are right.. the son is no less😉.. He too was very much in that zone with no other thoughts.. If anything that takes his attention then it's his work and family.. It was a perfect setup just designed the way they wanted it.. It didn't happen by choice but with all focused efforts to get there.. In that process they might have lost many things but they look at what they gained and never want to lose that at any cost.. For Ishwari it's the bond and adoration that she received from her adorable son..

And to see all this changing shaking her foundation and beliefs and faith.. Ishwari was excellent in showing it all in her expression 👏👏⭐️.. I can never accuse her of anything.. I can only feel for her.. And my heart goes deep for her and hoping for her to accept the changes slowly before too much damage is done to any of the relationships... I am sure she will only shine more in the eyes of her son in the process of going through the journey gracefully...👍🏼

Can't agree more with you about Radharani.. She sure knows the realities of life.. Her way of seeing and interpreting situations are different but it's the fact that she calls out then and there.. Bad that she's right and she gets into the groove of it.. If Neha thing too turns out to be like what she says then Ishwari is too goner... She can never ignore Radharani's self-claimed wisdom after that.. God save Sona.. 😆

I really really hope Sona is made to handle and manage many such situations inside the Ishwari mansion on her own not needing to have Dev pitch in every time to her rescue... Don't want the makers to make it heroic saga saving the damsel in distress..😆

In all this the Bose family is refreshing change.. They bring soothing moments to any episode...🤗

THIS!!!! 👏

How beautifully you have conveyed the entire premises of changes👍🏼

True a Mother is born along with her first kid and he/she ought to be special in her life. Thats the truth which can't be denied and if the cruel circumstances make her as a single mother the bond she shares with the first kid rapidly changes because he/she walks the entire hardships along with her and mothers naturally tend to become over protective and possessive of such kids.

Radharani is definitely going to play a big role and I wish somebody build that house of hers soon and chuck her out😆

And I don't want a pure milky white heroine saga as well who is incarnated to solve every hero's mummy issues😆

Thank you so much for this wonderful insightful post 🤗

Supriya Ji dis a fantastic job. That change of expression was award worthy! And the BG score just made my heart beat faster. Quite an intense scene! And today when Ishwari won't wear the saree, Dev will be completely lost. He won't understand why his mother did that. Oh Dev, he is so stupid sometimes. Strom has begun!!

Nice touch adding those gifs, it aptly describes the fandom!

@Buzzinnn:

The reason I can think for RR's taunts towards Sona might be because RR knows the reality that Sona will be equal to her in class if she is not associated with Dev and his family and gets that assurance by taunting her and making herself a bit higher. A self proclamation that "I am not gareeb ki beti" 😆. Its like throwing stones from a glass house and RR will realize that one day.

Deeps you have managed to get a nice set of writers join you in this thread for some real Healthy and eye opening reviews.👍🏼 I enjoyed reading every bit of it.
For me in Dev-Sona relationship, Sona will always be the one who is more grounded and the one wearing the pants .With the mood swings Dev has, I expect Sona to be the pillar that will handle Ishwariji. The sooner Sona realizes that Sona has disturbed the Dev- Ishwari buffer, she will definitely get into action and be the perfect balm, Dixit house hold needs. Till then lets get used to these changes within the serial and within our expections of what we wanna see in this serial.

I hope I make sense now.😊

Beautiful analysis Deep... In yesterday's episode Neither Dev was wrong nor Ishwari.
Ishwari was excited to spend time with her Son who's otherwise always busy in his work.

And Dev, the guy love his mother more than anything else in the world. He just wanted to surprise her. He wanted to see a pleasant smile on her face. He wanted to make her day special.

But it hurt Ishwari that he didn't take her along for Shopping. The Mother-Son duo are correct in their own perspectives.

I know Ishwari felt bad. But her not wearing the saree Dev gifted was a bit too much for me. Though she's hurt, she very well know how much her son loves her. Atleast for his happiness she should have wore the Saree...!!!! Frankly speaking, feeling bad for both Dev and Ishwariji.

@bold: True that!!!😆 Don't want a do-it-all lady running around fixing everything for everyone... 😆
I remember Ishwari's dialogue here - Shouldn't come in between every relationship...
The same should hold good for this trio... Sona-Dev, Sona-Ishwari, Ishwari-Dev... They have their own relationship goals... Agree they all go hand-in-hand but independently they gotta sort out what's in store for them in that relationship... And sure Radharani will have a say in everything in every relationship... The sole entertainer... 😆😆

I feel terribly sorry for her. She has such an amazing son & she herself is such a nice person. All they need to do is to bridge that communication gap... She'll be so assured that whatever happens she is always be the top most priority for Dev. What he feels for Sona is completely different...

Bad that she's right and she gets into the groove of it.. so true again about RR.. Yes she keeps spurting venom. But somehow her snide remarks are somewhat relevant..but can't understand why she has to always insult Sona. It jus gives her some kind of personal gratification... She's a very hollow person.. She sees everything in a negative attitude.

Don't want the makers to make it heroic saga saving the damsel in distress.. Clap as much as we want to see Sona & Dev together, they shouldn't spoil the very essence of this show!! So aptly you've put this across... Loved loved reading your post!! Clap Clap

Even I am enjoying this topic of discussion 🤗... Wouldn't want to cry loudly asking people not to accuse Ishwari or understand her from her POV... Each of us bound to have their own perception... Not everyone is there yet.. If that's the case the world would be a very peaceful place to live, with no kitchen politics in each and every house... LOL! 😆

I somehow don't want to get into the priority listing at all here🤓... That fight will never end... There is no way one can stick to their priorities in the same level all the time... If one is a career man/woman and equally love his/her family, he/she will balance it out based on the needs of the practicalities of the situation... Their values will remain to their core but the priorities will take a back seat as need be.. In real life we are more of emotional decision makers but we tend to put all rationale and logic behind every decision of ours... But at the end of the day it's an emotional moment that would have driven us to make that decision... Unless we go into a deep dive into it we never accept it...😃

If one asks Ishwari why she's behaving this way she tend to disagree and deny all she wants.. She will try to put all philosophy and logic and rationale to her acts but she needs the time to accept the emotional turmoil that she's going through... It's her journey and she has to go through it all by herself... The others around her can only support her and Dev-Ishwari bound to have lot more said/unsaid conversation in this journey...😊👍🏼
