Nice predictions. Here's my take. Ishwari will come to know Dev Sona relationship but will not voice it. Instead she will make Sona leave the job. If the patient is cured then no need of the doctor. This could be her excuse. I think it will be sona and not dev who will leave their relationship. Like the promo's indicated dev will not be able to tell his mother about his love and sona will not want to be in a relationship with a man who cant take their rishtha forward. The question is will these two be able to live without each other.
