Nice post at this juncture. The characters in this soap hav been etched so well, that they blend into reality. Ishwari and Dev are devoted to each other and understand each other very well. Ishwari cannot believe that her son is capable to fall in love because she feels her son is very innocent. She is worried that he is not mature enough for this important decision in his life and is therefore keen to take this decision independently. She is still a very protective mother. She trusts Sonakshi , so is likely to get hurt that Sona has been doing things behind her back. Add to it, the mirchi from GKB and she would feel cheated. GKB may be able to convince her that Sonakshi is responsible for breaking Dev's engagement.

The way her character is developing, Ishwari may be forced to think that Dev is being trapped. She may understand the attraction between Dev-Sonakshi, but wants only the best for Dev and gets prejudiced against Sonakshi.

Dev, on the other hand, would promise Ishwari that he would not wed Sona against her wishes. He may also not agree to marry anyone else!! 😃 He would continue to respect Ishwari, but would again get immersed in his work, no smiles, no happiness. The serious Dev may come back! Then, Ishwari may get forced to think between happiness and possessiveness!!

My thinking is very similar

Ishwari will not tell Dev anything, but this will effect her health in a bad way... added by RR instigation...

Meanwhile sona's family will find a rishta for her...this is when dev may step back and hold...he will not tell ishwari anything considering her health...and sona will be taken aback

This is when sona may leave the job saying that she does not want to cause more concern to ishwari and come in between son and mom.. because she knows dev can do anything for his mom...sona will leave and dev won't be able to speak much coz of ishwari...

I so agree...it's not devs character to stand against his mom cone what may... he will try sacrificing his love, but will be unaware how much he has allowed sons to impact his life...he will not force sons to stay back if ishwari is unwilling...

I'm so eager to see how sona's absence and ignorance effects him...the person who just wants to keep seeing sons even when she's sleeping...how will he handle the situation
