Understand why writers are not focussing on Sona's side of confession, her turn will come and it will be dhamakedar,we are being shown only from Dev's pov.On the day of confession too she tells Dev she does not want to sleep as her dream will go away and today also she feels the same way.Somewhere in her mind Sona thinks something will happen and Dev and she will be separated,Therefore she is scared to even day dream and build up hopes although it happens as she loved Dev unconditionally.Has that tint any vine doubt and is very scared to face it. This does happen in real life too with all of us.The show is having a realistic approach.
