Word!! You've said it all girl 👏

Its not wrong to be selfish at all...Well, in my opinion, it's your life & you've every right to live the way you want 😊 but you need a sound mind to decide what is wrong & what is right. In Dev's case we don't even need to take the selfish path at all..Because he's done everything for his family till date. Skipping few meetings & cancelling few appointments is not going to bring all the hard work down. That's the fear that his mother might have but that confidence in him will not break him down. He's been through rough times & he knows how to handle them well. This is what happens in real life too, you are too involved in your love life that you're oblivious to everything else around you, till you reach a point & then you wake up & start prioritizing. Till then it's all rosy rosy as Sona says...

Ishwari will definitely not say No to Sona, but she may not tell Yes as well. But in the end, she'll realize that Dev is her Son & he's exactly like her. She gave more importance to him & side lined her three daughters & its the same way Dev is giving more importance to Sona & side lining her (it's not even intentional in this case). She has to wake up & realize that he's human after all. Just like her. He has his needs & wants as well. And till date he has always kept her on a pedestal & loved all the three sisters equally. And Dev being in love with Sona, is not going to diminish the love & affection he has for his mother. Dev might realize his mothers insecurities & might put his future with Sona on a hold. They wont stop loving each other. They will always be there with each but not physically. It's all about understanding, prioritizing & adjusting. Later Ishwari will learn to understand, prioritize & adjust too... Rambled up too much saumieee...😕 can't wait for this show to move forward & see how it goes... And then you see that rubbish news of his death.!! pretty bummed here..😡😲 kuch bhi!!

That's what I think. Yes she will be insecure that som one else is becoming important in Dev's life as she is but at the same time her insecurity is also there because of Dev's changing behaviour. She has known Dev all her life, she thinks she knows him inside and out and she probably does but she had never seen this side of Dev and that will cause her to doubt that. Maybe she will like this change in Dev, but at the same time she will insecure about the person who brining this change. I think it will be hard for her to accept this new change in Dev. She just want him to stay the same always because if he starts to change, she worries that it migt cause him to questions Ishwari's importance in his life!

Really aptly summarised! Also I think it's cool to be selfish every now and then! If you look after yourself only then you can look after others kinda thing. Mine before anybody else's? Plus (this is going to be a really bad analogy but that's how my mind works 😆) it's like dev is Ishwari most prized possession and she will do whatever it takes to keep it to herself! Like how a toddler will do anything to keep the toy they really love only to themselves and not share kind of thing?

Yes, so true . .I am glad that the writing has been such, that the show is more about emotional build up rather than sudden twists.
I so agree with this, if you are not happy. . It is difficult to keep others happy. The analogy is really precise. .Ishwari has no intention of sharing Dev's time or love. Her world revolves around him and she expects the same from him.
Thank you so much for commenting😊😳

Aww. . Thank you so much😳
Dev has rather been selfless all these years, pushing away his childhood and the joy of little things. .But, for once he has decided to be with someone, not because of his mither, his sisters or business, but for himself. When he decides to spend his entire life with a girl of his own choice, they will think of him as selfish. They will think (instigated by RR) that he is putting all of them at stake for Sonakshi. Obviously, like yu said, that is not true. .He still is the same dedicated businessman and son, who has achieved everything on his own. He knows how tomanage the empire he built😳

Oh! I loved your ramble dear😳 I am so waiting to see how these emotions are explored by the writers. No external factors. .just inner turmoil

Ya.. I read those too. . Kuch bhi rumors😡
