I wanted to write a new OS, I hope you all will like it.
This OS is a continues scene, just my pure imagination of what is been happening in my dreams.đ
Someone has written that She refuses to attend His engagement, this scene is based on it.
Credit goes to that person for this idea whose name I don't know..so whoever is the person, kindly peep in with your name.đł
So here it is :
It's been for a while now, he is been uneasy, uncertain about his daily routines, he is unknowingly seeing Sonakshi at every place.
He remembers " When you are in love, you will get to know it." her words from that night.
"It's her" he is not feeling well about this feeling, he is upset of being able to realize it so late " phew, tomorrow is my engagement and I am thinking about Sonkshi all the time."
He finishes his office for the day, travels to his home with the dilemma, he enters exhausted knowing nothing about what to do. For the first time he is not in a position to face his mother, he is sure when he will face her, she will understand that he is some problem and he can't tell her what's the problem this time, it's embarrassing.
While he was entering he could hear and see how his mother is behind Sonakshi to attend tomorrow's function.
"Yeh lo, dekho aagaya Dev!" she points towards him but he is unable to meet her eyes, to much of his thoughts, his mother is busy making Sonakshi ready to attend "mere bete ki zindagi ka sabse bada din."
"Nahi aunty ji, mein nahi aa sakti." she too tries to hide her expression but when their eyes collides, volcano of emotion erupted, he questions her as he walks towards her "Why, why you can't attend my engagement tomorrow?"
"Aah, tum dono ab lado aur mein jaake tayari dekhti hun" his mother excuses.
Sonakshi tries to excuse too.
" If you can't come as a friend then I will have to ask you to come as an employee to take care of Maa while she will be busy with guests all the time and might possible she will forget to look after herself " fighting his feelings deep inside, he orders her.
"Mr. Dixit, I too have a family to look after and as a friend I want to but as an employee, I have right to take off, if it's required." jolting between words, she speaks herself out loud to him.
" What work you have tomorrow?" he questions, he was shaking to the idea of not seeing her around, tomorrow, at his function.
She picks her bag and ready to leave she turns to face him but didn't meet his eyes " everything can not be shared with you,Mr. Dixit."
Before he could speak further, she leaves.
He looked around in his house where everyone was busy in arrangements. he was eager to talk to someone, his inside had gone upside down, he was uneasy, restless.
He went to his room, changed his clothes to his regular night apparels, he started calling up 'BOSE.
She was not picking, he didn't know whatever was going on in his heart, she was feeling the same pain too. Instead, he wanted to know why she can't come.
He dropped right in front of her house, he knocked the door as she was not picking up his calls. When her mother opened the door, he was greeted with smiles and got many congratulations but she was missing.
"Sona, dekho toh kaun aaya hai, Aaiye na Dev babu" her mother offered him to sit while calling Sonakshi out.
"Ji" he took his seat."actually mein yeh puchne aaya tha kya aap sab kal aarahe hain.?"
Surprising everyone that he had come to ask this.
"Ahh, wo actualy kal hamare yahan ek pooja hoti hai toh mein, Sona ke dad aur dadi toh nahi aapaenge aur Elena aur Sourab toh gaye hain 2 dino ke liye bahar, haan par Sona keh rahi thi wo jaror aayegi." she speaks not knowing that her daughter lied to him and as she came in front in between this conversation, she felt uncomfortable to share the view.
"ohh, acha toh sirf Dr. Bose hi kal aayengi." he eyes on Sona while speaking to her Mother.
'Ahh Maa, aap Mr. Dixit keliye kuch chai ya coffe toh lao."
"aare nahi, mein bas Dr. Bose ko kehne aaya tha ke kal jaldi aajaye as she had to be with my mother all day." he took her out with her mother's permission.
"You had work?..acha What work?" he holds her hand a little too tight.
"Mr. Dixit you are hurting" he loses his grip on her hand as he saw her wincing in pain.
"You lied.." he claims
"Yes" she answered straight
"Why?"
"Because I can't come,I can't see you getting.." she realized what she was about to say but he understood.
"Ohh.." he stepped back as tear rolls down her eyes.
"You will come" his voice filled, he assures. " You have to"
Next day, at his engagement, she was there, upset, sad, feeling empty inside, devoid. but she was there to take care of his mother, to be her side all the time as she was weak and tired of all the work that had to take place so immediately. She didn't know what made her come, how did she came.
Everything happened, rings got exchanged, dance, cake cutting ceremony, almost everything happened, now was the game to sing. To all of the family members, relatives, his close people were surprised to see Dev singing.
Nobody knew why he was singing as he sang.
"Ae mere humsafar,
ek zara intezaar, sun sadayein de rahi hai,
manzil pyar ki"
although he got engaged to Natasha, his eyes were pouring love over Sonakshi, like he wanted to explain it to her that this had to happen through his song.
"na hum bewafa hain,
na pyar hai kum darmiyaan,
par aoni takdeerein,
hain bilkul hi juda"
"phir kaise milegi manzil pyar ki"
everyone cheered for him, for his amazing effort of singing. She understood his message, gave him a smile and was about to walk away when
"Ae mere humsafar,
ik zara intezaar"
Someone took her hand and stopped in the crowd. When she turned to look back, it was Ishwari.
After the song got over, everyone went upto the couple to greet them good wishes.
Ishwari got a little restless " Ahh, beta mujhe ghar le chalo" she requests Sonakshi.
Sonakshi holds Ishwari, informed Nikki and Riya to not disclose about her health here now. She took her home.
After a while, everybody came back home with Natasha and her father to see Ishwari.
Ishwari requested everyone to take rest as she was fine now. She was given medicine by Dr. Bose and she will stay with her whole night. When everybody was assured that ishwari was fine, they took leave to their ways respectively, only Dev and Sonakshi were there.
Sonakshi, sitting on bed with Ishwari while Dev, sitting next to bed on a chair close to Sonakshi.
Dev asked Sonakshi to inform her family that she will stay here tonight, to which she approved and was about to get up and call, when Ishwari unconsciously held her hand to stop her from getting up. Seeing this Dev got surprised and worried that Sonakshi had been taking care of his mother the best.
Dev stood up to inform Kichhu bhaiya to prepare guest room for Dr. Bose.
She left Aunty ji's hand when she saw her get into a nap to get her some food.
She enters into the kitchen to see, she brought some vegetables on the ledge to chop, When Dev comes from behind, kept his hands on her sides onto the ledge, making Sonakshi aware of something...
He kept his forehead on her shoulder from her back, his eyes looking down, not coming close to her, just his forehead touched her edge of shoulder and asked "am I doing right, marrying Natasha?"
They had no answer.
