I liked this scene for multiple reasons. For the reasons you gave above & also how it was subtle way to show that all this devdasi/acchut customs in our society are still prevalent & how irrelevant they are.

Aryan first berates Aru for touching him since it will create another scandal if seen by someone in the village. Then when he realises that he has insulted her further with this, he himself makes her touch him. At one level he's showing he doesn't care for these old traditions, at another level he's choosing her over his family's beliefs & at another he is giving in to his feelings when he pulls her towards him, makes her touch his cheek & then touches her cheek.

The scene before that was also in contrast to the Aryan who used to hate Devdasis & used to be so horrible to Aru, just because she was a KD's daughter.
For Aru this was the beginning of her trust in Aryan that come what may, he would always come and save her.

The other scene i loved was the mandir confession scene. Shravan was wonderful in that scene. And it was so true to Aryan's character that he would confess in such a rough way! It was the first time he consciously expressed his non platonic desire for her.

i want to see some funny scenes between like injection scene,brush scene both are very funny scenes.they are really best scenes by aara.

Yes! I liked the entire scene set up, particularly how Aryan gets incensed by Aru's block-headedness & how she can't see what's right there in front of her. Especially his face when she says "tum mujhpar taras khaa kar shadi kar rahe ho na".

Also his face when she first says "mujhe shadi nahi karni." His face gets all panicky.

Also when she runs away from the inner sanctum of the temple & he shakes her & yells "emotional quotient low hai kya tumhara" 🤣
