For the first time, cinematographer Saravanan is directing 'Silambattam' in which Prabhu has an important role. Simbu plays a different kind of role in the film, as a young Brahmin boy.

Announcement of Rajini film title tomorrow!

The Tamil remake of Malayalam film 'Kadha Parayum Poll' will be directed by P Vasu with Rajini in the lead. P Vasu met the press at Chenani in this regard. 'Kadha Parayum Poll' features Srinivasan as one who runs a saloon and Mammootty is his superstar friend. The film centers more on Srinivasan's character than Mammootty. P Vasu says he's making suitable changes in the screenplay to give more importance to Rajini in the Tamil version. Pasupathy will do Srinivasan's role. A temporary title is 'Kuchelar.' "We are considering many titles, so the final title and choice of female lead will be announced on 18th," says Vasu. The film will be made in tamil and Telugu simultaneously. The Tamil version is co-produced by Kavithalaya and Malayalam production company Seven Arts. The Teluigu version is produced by Ashwini Dutt. The press meet was also attended by actors Mukesh, Srinivasan, producers Pushpa Kandasamy and Ashwini Dutt. According to P Vasu, the shooting will commence in Feb and the film could be ready by July.

'Kadha parayumbol'(meaning; 'when the story is being said..' was a lovely movie..had everybody in the theatre crying their lungs out. Apparently, Rajni was so touched by the movie coz it reminded him of his early days of struggle, that he is evr ready to do the role of the superstar, played by mammooty in the original.

I hope they don't add any masala when they make in itno tamil. Rajni will b fantastic in the role!😛

Actually i felt Radhika tryin to hint something to Sarath. Probably....but what we do and don't do does not make news, nationally or internationally, people do not lodge police reports against us and threaten to sue us in court.

I would think that I have more important concerns in my life rather than getting worked-up because someone spoke in English rather than Tamil. 😉

Im going to balance this out, well Kushboo should of have avoided these kind of problems hence, she has too much on her hands. Well, when a celebrity talks abt unpleasant and unacceptable things, it naturally becoems an issue. It has always been like that . I pity the celebrities for that reason! 😆
