🤣 rani is a better actress than jaya bachchan.....i can't get over the shock of this statement! that is the funniest thing i ever heard to date. jaya bachchan was famous way before she became Big B's wife....that is hardly her only claim to fame.

Jaya Bachan in her time was nowhere close to where Rani is today. Hema Malini was the top actress then, what Rani is today. She never had the fans that Rani has accumulated today. Yes, she was famous before she became Big B's wife, but she is superwell known even today because she is his wife. If she had married someone else, she would be forgotten today like many other legendary actresses who were even better than her. She is today in the news mainly because of her husband.

Very well said👏 And absolutely true, I agree with you 100%😊 She looked very gorgeous in this episode. She's known to be a big fan of Madhuri, so what was wrong in her being so talkative today? When Kajol and Preity talk overzealously, no fingers are pointed at them. And when Rani just comes out and talking a little more than usual, then she's called fake and artificial😕 And that is very unfair.

Comeon those times were so different from these times...

Neither the fils were so big nor the audience and the pay.....So comparing would be not good. But in evey era you have atop actress and then an actress who did the serious roles and Jaya was one of them and ......As you mentioned Hema MAlini ...wasn't Jaya already married adn giving birth to her children and looking after her family when Hema became number one......

So if you go by today the hightest paid actress is Priyanka Chopra....and then Asihwarya Rai...and the number one actress in Bollywood survey did not name Rani As one.........

So all have their own choices but why to compare a different Era actressese togather. You like Rani and some like other so do not make fun of us who are not that big fan of Rani..

okay dear this is like comparing apples to oranges. there is no way you can compare rani to jaya bachchan.........different eras altogether. the films, fans, everything basically was different.

i think your a bit too young to even know where jaya bachchan was at that time. i can assure you she was were rani is today. just like you consider hema to have been the top actress at that time someone else might consider preity zinta to be at the top today.

and jaya bachchan is well known today not only due to Big B. she has done many successful films even now. i can guarantee you that rani will be no where near where jaya is today........in your words........she will be forgotten unlike jaya.

Age as nothing to do with knowing abt old and new actresses. I've seen many old films, and also from what my parents, and other friends say, I can gather that Jaya was certainly not where Rani is today. In people's choice awards also, Rani has won many awards. Maybe Jaya was a good actress, but she surely didn't have the fan following that Rani does. Era doesn't have anything to do with fans, even then they had fans, even now there are fans. For example, my dad and his friends are big Amitabh fans and were crazy abt his movies. And Rajesh Khanna's as well, they used to watch their movies like 25 times, and when I asked him abt who was the actress everybody was most crazy abt he said that Jaya, even though she was a good actress, noone was really that crazy abt her like they were with Hema, Zeenat Aman, Parveen Bhabhi...

And Rani will never be forgotten, she is an amazing actress and most of all she has won the hearts of millions, and she has reached the heights she has today only because of herself and her own talent, not because of a big name behind her.

truely there is no comparison between jayaji n rani , whenever u see jayaji on screen u cant see any acting its so real !! u can relate to her feelings ,shes amazing , uhmm cant say that abt the other lady though . I feel shes fake ,sucks up big time to big banners so that she stays on top , unlike stars like ash ,madhuri n priety who act in any film which they feel has a good script .

Initially I did like Rani ,thought she was a genuine person , but I guess u cant know wat she is just by seeing her smiles in the movies .Only shows like these show their real glimpse when they r not acting !

It is becoming a trend now to drag any member of Bachachan family into anything..maybe next time if we discuss item girl Rakhi then people might say that she is better than Amitabh's item number..you know what i mean.

This family has become a yardstick for measurimng anything and everything now a days...leave them alona ndlet them enjoy their son's wedding and new Bahu.

It is topic of Rani and not Jaya..then why drag her in it......
