Its a personal opinion, I somehow feels that KWK is a show where the director is asking its actor to perform.
Let's accept Karan is a better director (probably not ) than an anchor. He has so much faminity in him that I feel all the guests treat him more like how we treat a woman (politely, not trying to correct them, avoiding a lot of topic taboos for woman, Emotionally)
