Aryaman suggests that they should cancel the party since Abhay was sick… Nitin says that the invitations have gone out and they can't cancel it now… Nitin says that Kali is the daughter of this house and they will surely come to the reception… Kshitij comes there and asks for Kumud… He says that he is trying to call her but she is not attending her phone… Kkusum looks at Mahi… Mahi says that kkusum knows where Kumud is… Kkusum says that Kumud has gone to Ganish Mandir at Puna for a mannat she kept for Abhay… Kali says that she went on purpose since she knew that her reception was being planned… Sakshi says that they will postpone the reception… Dadi says that if Kapoor family doesn't have any objections then the function should go on… Mahi smiles wickedly at Kkusum… Arundati tells Nitin that they don't want to attend the reception… Nitika says that Lali too has his hearing in court that day and so they might not be able to attend… Kkusum says that Kali is our daughter… Arundati says that Kumud is Kali's sister, then why did she go? Arundati asks Kkusum to not talk to her as she has double standards… sarla asks them not to fight… Nitin says that if they consider him as their elder, then they should go… not only for his sake but for the sake of their respect in front of the in-laws… Mahi smiles and Kkusum looks at Ganesh idol… Mahi says that Kkusum is scared right now but tomorrow she has to kill Abhay… Kkusum thinks about what she should do now… She thinks of how Sarla insulted her the other day and Mahi asking her to either save Abhay or Kumud…
Kkusum is applying sindoor… Mahi says that both sindoor and blood are red… she has to either kill Abhay or Kumud today… Abhay is watching… Mahi says that she will suggest that Kkusum should save Kumud as she has a long life ahead of her… She says that Abhay is like a dead body living… Mahi says that tonight at 10pm she will have to kill Abhay and then she will go to jail… Kkusum asks her about Kumud… Mahi says that of course she will leave her… Mahi gives her sindoor and a gun…She says that she should put sindoor on today as this would be the last time… Mahi smiles and goes…
Nitin thanks everyone for going to Kali's reception… Sarla says that they can't take Abhay with them… Mahi says that they have to since he is the father and it is not safe to leave him there… Sarla says ok, they will take Abhay with them…
At the reception, everyone wishes Kali and Nakul… Mahi is looking at her watch when she gets a call… Mahi picks up the phone and says that they shouldn't touch the girl and wait for her call… Kkusum hears what Mahi said… Kkusum asks Aryaman if she can have his phone… Mahi looks for Kkusum… Kkusum and Mahi bump into each other and their cell phones get exchanged… Kkusum is relieved… KKusum calls that man and says that she is Mahi speaking and asks the guy to bring Kumud to the flora fountain…
Kkusum takes Abhay out of the party… Mahi asks her where she was taking Abhay… Kkusum says that she wants to spend some time with him… Mahi says that she will fulfill her wish but she reminds her that she has until 10 pm… She takes Abhay away… She talks to Abhay and says that Abhay has to be alone for some time for the sake of the family as they have to save Kumud…
Kkusum goes somewhere… A man comes there in a car and Kkusum asks him to leave Kumud… Kumud gets down and the man leaves…
Mahi looks for Kkusum… Later, she realizes that she does not have her cell and she remembers how Kkusum bumped into her and cell phones got exchanged… She calls the man and he tells her that since she asked him to leave Kumud, he did… Mahi is shocked…
Kkusum asks Kumud to sit in the car… Kumud thinks that she is Swati… Kkusum sees the man following and they try to escape… Kkusum tells Kumud that Swati is dead… She says that she will tell her the entire story later since they have to go right now as Abhay's life is in danger… The man informs Mahi that they are following Kkusum… Mahi thinks that if Kumud comes with Kkusum, she will be exposed so she has to kill Abhay… Mahi goes to the reception of the hotel and asks something and goes up… Kkusum is able to escape from the people following her… Mahi goes to Abhay's room… She takes Abhay's wheelchair to the bathroom and puts him in the bath tub… She turns the tap on and the bath tub starts to fill with water….
