Arundati takes the soup for Abhay… Sarla says that she asked Nitika to get it… Arundati does not find Kkusum around so she decides to give it to Abhay herself… Abhay starts sweating while having the soup… Kkusum sees this and comes running there… She says why there is so much salt in the soup… Kkusum asks who put so much salt in the soup…. She says that doctors told them that so much salt is not good for Abhay… Kapil shouts at Arundati for putting so much salt in the soup… Aru tries to defend herself and says that Abhay is like her son and why would she do that… Nitika also gets angry at Aru … Arundati says that Nitika is taking out her anger on me as she did not give the room to my daughter… Tanya gets angry at Aru for fighting with others… Sarla says that she does not doubt her and it could have been a mistake… She asks them to stop fighting as so many guests were there… Kkusum is again showm in her evil thoughts… She thinks that if there was some chilly instead of salt, then the relationship between the kapoor family members would have been ruined… Mahi comes in there with a bouquet… She wishes Abhay… Sarla asks her why she came there… Mahi asks Sarla to let her stay there today as it is Abhay's birthday…Mahi says that she prayed for Abhay's recovery and that if he recovers she will go from there… Sarla asks her to stop her drama and says that they have no relation with her anymore… Kali is in tears… Kkusum asks Sarla to let Mahi stay… She says that she does not want to take any bad wishes from anyone… She says that maybe Mahi's good wishes might help Abhay recover soon …. She says that Mahi is not divorced yet and is also the holder of 20% of the property… Kkusum asks Mahi to stay… Sarla says that she does not understand how kkusum can be so considerate of Mahi after all that Mahi did to her… kkusum says that she is only concerned about Abhay…
Kkusum makes Abhay cut the cake… Mahi also holds his hand… Sarla is upset… Mahi tries to feed Abhay the cake but he does not take it… Kali goes and hugs Mahi…Saket enters the party… He says that he is sorry for disturbing them and that he caught some man who says that some woman gave him money to kidnap Abhay… Saket asks them if they doubt anyone… Sarla looks at Mahi… Nitin asks him to start his investigation and that they will co operate with him.. Nitin looks at Mahi too.
Kapil says that the news about Abhay is in every newspaper… He says that the share prices are falling too… Nitin says that they need to decide who would be the chairman till Abhay gets well… Kkusum hears their conversation… She thinks that Abhay is now finished… kkusum says that Abhay must be bored in his room , so she will take him outside… She says that he cannot even imagine what she can do… She takes him outside… Arundati asks her where she was taking Abhay… kkusum says that she thought he might be bored in the room and so she brought him outside…. Aru asks her to give some parathas to Abhay… Kkusum tells Arundati that Lali is going to be the new chairman till Abhay gets well…. She says that she thought kapil deserved it as he is older than Lali… kkusum then says that she'll take some juice for Abhay…Aru is in thoughts…Kkusum smiles wickedly…
Kkusum takes Abhay outside… She says that Abhay this is your favorite juice and it is my favorite too… She drinks the juice in front of Abhay and does not give him anything… She says that she is sorry but there is no juice left…
Kkusum goes to Nikita's room… She gives her parathas to eat… Abhay just keeps looking as he is hungry… Nikita says that they are too salty… Nikita says that since she brought those with so much love, she will eat them… Kkusum says that she wants love in the house… She says that she wants the new chairman decision to take place in peace… She says that Kapil must want the seat as he the older one.. Nitika says that Lali is smarter and better than Kapil… Nitika says that Abhay was also younger than everyone but he was given the responsibility… She says that Lali should be the chairman… Kkusum poisons both Nikita and Aru's minds…. Kkusum says that she does not know anything…All she wants is for Abhay to get well…. Kkusum leaves from there…
Kkusum is talking to Abhay… She says that now mahabharat has started in this house… She says that Abhay is the only smart one, all the others are idiots… They show Abhay's blank face and the flashback scences of kkusum shooting Abhay, Kkusum pushing Abhay from the wheelchair, Lali and Kapil taking Abhay to his room, and the birthday celebrations…
Kkusum drops some soup on Abhay's shirt… She says that he is eating less and dropping more on the clothes… She says that she cannot tolerate this… kkusum feels that there is someone standing at the door… She changes completely and says that she cannot see him suffering so much… Sarla and Mahi are there… Kksum says that she cannot see Abhay like this and tries to leave… Mahi takes the soup bowl from her… Kkusum thinks thank God she is saved as the old lady always comes right in time… Nitin sees Kkusum…He asks her to take care… He says that together they will make Abhay recover… Kkusum looks angry as Nitin is crying… kkusum says that he shouldn't break down like this as he is her strength... She says that if they all bless her, then she will bring all the happiness back in their house… Nitin says that they have faith in her… Nitin goes from there… Kkusum says that yes dad we will wait till the morning… the episode ends on her smiling face…
