The guy who performed the surgery was that thin guy with whom new Kkusum was first shown. The guy whom Kkusum calls and tells that she is leaving the hospital.

This guy is god knows who?

okay! now the very first guy dat was a doctor to kkusum is the one dat was the surgen. n amar is the one dat thinks kkusum is her wife.

the first one is her friend doctor. he helped her come to mumbai from chenni. the guy now is also a doctor but is supposely has a wife that went missing or ran away from home looking like our kusum
