He's supposedly the doctor who gave her her face...but he's not qualified to do plastic surgery...so I'm confused about that...but what happend is that he's lying that she's his wife because he wants to save his daughter who is sick...so he's just using her to cure her daughter...I don't think he falls in love with her...he's just playing a game with her for his own benefit...I think his real wife Swati is dead...

this is wut i have heard. amar is a doctor but isnt a plastic surgen. the doctor dat was treating kkusum put amar's wife's face on her. now he has seen kkusum n he doesnt no dat she has had a plastic surgery. he is now fallin in love with her and dats it. i dont no if dat is true but dats wut i think.😉
