wait for abhinav gautam who did plastic surgery of KKusum giving her face of his wife who is dead, as abhinav has a son who is sick will not live long cause of sickness, he tells kkusum that his dying son wants to see her, kkusum is forced to go to see that child though she is not his mother for a week as he is dying
