Ritu Chaudhry (Shobha from Kyunki…) reports from Ekta Kapoor's dare-to-bare bash on Sunday at her mansion



This was the party like no other. Ekta was in her party spirits and definitely it showed. There was no employee-employer relationship. Everyone was having a great time and so was I. Ekta knows how to make her guests comfortable and the Sunday party was no different. I walked into the party at around 1 am, though the party was scheduled to start at 11. Earlier I would walk into all her parties on time like a school child. But later I realised that everyone is so busy through the day that invariably the party starts rather late.

One of the reasons I enjoyed the bash was the food. What everyone loved was the Korean Platter. It was a live counter where the chef tossed up the delicious dish out of the spices and vegetables.

The dessert counter was also very tempting. It took me a lot of effort to stay off the cake, souffl, jalebis and gulab jamuns.

As for the guests, I thought Deepak Parasher looked rather cute in what he wore (or did not wear). And among the women, Surveen Chawla (Akshat's girlfriend in Kahin To Hoga) looked really really hot.
