I think pammi knew from the start that KA are made for each other but she just wasnt willing to accept it...I feel Pammi has taken a step in the right direction after being with anjali and seeing how much anjali is willing to sacrifice for others....
Plus she has nothing to lose even if she reunites KA coz kavya never was hers and neither is Vedh😕
