pammi is doing so becoz she is angry and frustrated to see KA together. angry is a sign of weakness. in her frustration kavay will hate her more that what we've been waiting. kavya's life has become miserable after marrying pammi(losing anji and his baby). kavya doesnt care abt pammi's fake baby and hope anji sees how pammi is destroying kav's life and comes to rescue him 😳 .
