No offence but i would like to ask you what is " Diwali" becuase all my friends are telling me they are busy organising diwali party.

I hope i dont hurt you guys by asking.

well diwali is the festival of lite! it celebrates the returning of rama wen he came bak from exile in then forest for 14 years! becuz of his step mum! u see his dad had 3 wives his dad was king of ayodhya! his second wife was jealous that the father wanted rama to be king ! becuz the maid brain washed her that her son bharat shud be king not rama! so kaikai (2nd wife) remembered that rams dad had given her a boon! so she used it to send rama to exile and this made his dad die eventually ! 😔
durin his exile u must no that sita his wife was caught and taken away by demons to lanka by the demon ravana king of lanka!
diwali also celebrates the destruction of ravana by rama! thats y we celebrate!

its a time of bein wiv family, givin , and learnin bout the hindu religion!
