I agree with you that creatives did well by letting Arohi have a chance to clear off the MU straightaway. However, I don't think there was a need to announce the engagement so randomly. Anyway, Kritika's lines were well written, so atleast something was right in today's episode.

As I have always said ... love is not about words ... it is about actions... Arohi's actions say it all for her" Your analysis of their actions and reactions is spot on, and the fact remains that Arohi is a stronger person than Arjun.
