5th Feb – Written Update

firstly, apologies for the late update ...the current weather is being an absolute nuisance in every sense of the word! and, secondly ...a must-see episode (I know I'm biased ..but TRUST ME ..it's an absolute treat!)

Update

Salil is lost in his thoughts when Arjun questions him on having just added a teaspoon of salt in his tea?! Salil groans! 😆😉 Arjun asks what's wrong with him - Salil attempts to explain how pretty he finds "her"; when Arjun cuts in displaying his disbelief at the fact that he's "fallen" for a girl; and warns Salil that he'll not be encouraging him in any way as it's the beginning of all mistakes. And in case, it's just an infatuation, not love!

Mrs Mitthal is heading towards the breakfast-table, when she begins to overhear her younger son (Nikhil) talking to one girl after another, confirming his plans with them for whatever part of the day he has left!

Mrs Mitthal joins Arjun and Salil at the table and shares her observation with them; and knowingly states that they too were discussing girls. Arjun looks up at her, when she dismisses him, saying that she was talking about Salil - he's had so many friends before back in Mumbai, and hopes he doesn't follow in Arjun's footsteps ..and begin to hate all women! Arjun prepares to leave, when Mrs Mitthal informs them both that Natasha is arriving and they should be throwing a party - Salil agrees.

As Arjun is leaving, his dad stops him. DK asks whether he's still upset with him, Arjun replies in the negative. DK gifts him his "5th car"! Arjun tells him that there was no need, as he's not angry at him for employing "that" girl, as he's sure he has a good reason for it. DK notes that their limitless love for each other stems from their limitless faith/trust in each other; and for this reason, he thanks god for the fact that "she" left them (I'm assuming his mom). Arjun tells him to not to mention her; and leaves.

Arohi is driving Siddharth's bike, he's impressed that she can do it so well. Arohi explains that in college she occasionally drove her friend's scootie. Siddharth tells her that he feels bad when Arjun shouts at her, but he's unable to say anything to him becos he's his boss too. Arohi tries to determine if he's the same guy who she saw the other night ...but decides that either way, she's found a good friend.

Arjun is driving his "new" car, with Salil sitting beside him ..they talk, as does Arohi and Siddharth - and who on reaching their workplace, crashes into the back-corner of a car - Arjun's! Arjun storms out of his car and demands to see Arohi in his cabin immediately!

In his cabin, Arohi apologises to Arjun, and offers to resign from her job as she won't be able to pay for the damege done to his car. He's adamant that she'll pay; and on learning that her salary is only 8,000Rs a month, he decides that she'll have to work for them for the next 6 months, incl overtime at a 40% reduced salary!

Hari Prasad is on his morning-walk with his friends, who comment on his time to "relax" as Arohi is now working. They realise she works for Arjun Punj and relay their knowledge of him "hating women". They then suggest that he should work, if only in small functions so as to save for his daughters dowry - and he need not tell them. Hari Prasad thinks over all the said things and decides that if his daughter can for his sake work with such a tyrant, surely he can forget his principles and do something for them too.

Poorvi takes out an ATM card from the cupboard - and wishes that Arohi will forgive her. Poorvi decides that it's necessary, as Arohi won't be paid until the end of the month, whereas their dad's check-up needs to be done within the next 3 days.

Salil is happy to have finally bought the "right" gift for Poorvi, and hopes that she'll forgive him with it. At that moment, Poorvi passes him, but he's convinced he's imagining her! He stops a passer-by to confirm; and then runs ti join her outside the ATM machine. However, Poorvi refuses to listen to him; and he decides to leave it at that, as she'll just make a scene with people watching.

Arohi's bahbi is out at a new eat-out with her friends, where in fact Hari Prasad is singing ...he hopes that he'll not be spotted as it's a little out of their area, but his daughter-in-law does!

Arohi is in the office library looking for 5 books requested by Arjun, she is on a step-ladder when she eventually finds 4 out of the 5 needed; and is about to lose her balance when Arjun appears and balances the ladder for her (veryyyyyyyyy cute 😳😉). He asks her of the books telling her to hurry up in finding the 5th one! He leaves and she continues her search, only to lose her balance once again, and this time is saved by Siddharth.

Siddharth heads to see Arjun for some signatures and Arohi decides to take at least the 4 books to him too.

As Arjun takes the files from Siddharth to sign, Siddharth notices Arjun's hand iis njured (I guess when he saved Arohi 😳). Arohi enters at that moment and suspects he will play his macho-ego, but he tells Siddharth that it was caused by a cockroach! He explains to Siddharth that he has an allergy to cockroaches, and whilst avoiding one at home, he hurt himself with the table-lamp. Arohi is amused that at least he's allergic to something, otherwise, everyone else is allergic to him! 😆

Arohi is making herself some coffee and decides to prepare one cup for Siddharth as he said he'd be taking his break shortly. However, as she hears footsteps, the lights begin to flicker and eventually go out. Arohi panics and grabs hold of Arjun mistaking him to be Siddharth. Arjun pushes her away, whilst a fear-striken Arohi apologises explaining that she has a fear for darkness. Arjun opens up his lighter, and pulls Arohi close to him/near to the lighter (scene of the week for sure!😳😉😃)

PRECAP - Arohi's bhabhi is being dragged forcefully by some goons, Hari Prasad steps in and slaps the leader!
