a dev team member helps the forum to be active, neat and clean, there a number of people in a dev team

coolbie: provides written updates
videobie: provides video updates
coolviewbie: provides written or video updates and also doesduties of a viewbie
viewbie: watches the forum..takes care of spam, fights etc and keeps the forum active ..
Moderator: Those who have been viewbies are promoted as moderator of the forum
