Arohi opened her eyes to see Dadi standing there with a cup of coffee in her hand..
Dadi: good morning puttar..uth ja saver hogi..
Arohi smiled and sat straight..
Arohi: good morning mam...
Dadi: mam..office nhi h ye mera ghr h..Dadi bol mujhe..
Arohi smiled: ok mam...I mean dadi..she stuck her tongue out..
Dadi chuckled and hit her head lightly..
Dadi: chal ab uth ja..aaj tera sadu boss chutti nhi dega..she winked..
Arohi smilingly nodded..
Dadi caressed her head: hasti hui achi lagti h..she bend and kissed her forehead..
Arohi wrapped her arms around her waist as dadi hugged her back..she knew by dadi's gesture that she knew her being an orphan..
Arjun who was silently witnessing the scene between his Dadi and Arohi has moist eyes..by seeing Arohi he understood the value of his family in his life..he had gone through so much but his family was always there to support him but Arohi had to go from everything alone from childhood..there is no pity for her in his eyes but admiration and respect..
He stepped back and left to his room as he didn't wanted to disturb their moment..

Arohi came downstairs getting ready for office..she had wore Rashi's clothes given by Kumud..
As she came n took seat in front of Arjun..he passed a small smile to her which she returned with a brighter one..
Arjun: Miss Arohi u need to give ur statement to police..
Arohi looked him scared as the last time she was there she was insulted and thrown out by them cz she was a girl , an orphan and had no one to stand with her..
Arjun read her fear as he added..
Arjun; m gonna accompany u..
Arohi relaxed a bit she will have someone with her this time but the tension of seeing that Vicky was still there...her upset eyes met with Arjun's..his eyes were boring inside her as of reading her thoughts..he blinked his eyes assuring her not to worry..which somehow soothed her..

Arohi entered in police station with Arjun..they both headed towards inspectors desk..
Inspector: Oh hello Mr Singhania..plz be seated.he greeted both of them..
Arjun sat on chair but Arohi stood frowning...he tugged on her hand to grab her attention..he raised his eyes in asking but Arohi shook her head and took seat beside Arjun..
Inspector: so wat would u like to have Tea...coffee..or cold drink..?
Arohi narrowed her eyes at him..
Arjun: no..take Arohi's statement and make sure that bas***d gets punished properly..he said in anguish filled voice..
Inspector called woman inspector to take Arohi's statement..she took her inside t register statement..
After registering her statement Arohi came to Arjun...Arjun looked at Arohi who was lost somewhere..
He stood up..
Arjun: all fine? He asked in slow voice..
Arohi: yes sir..she said still thinking something..
Arjun: hmm..he knew she was holding something but thought of asking in detail later..come..he gestured to her a direction which took them towards cell..
Arohi looked him shocked and shook her head in denial..
Arjun looked him with a stern expression..
Arohi: no..sir..
Arjun: yes Miss Arohi..he held her hand in his and took her towards there..
Arohi: I don't want to see his face again..
Arjun stopped and held her shoulders..
Arjun: u need to Miss Arohi..he said in soft voice..if u wont u will always be scared of him..just show him that u are strong independent girl..and why r u scared of him..? u r not alone..m right beside u..
Arohi looked him for a while before agreeing to meet him..
Arjun smiled as they both moved towards his cell..they both stood in front of cell and looked him who was sitting behind bars..the constable hit his stick on bars which made him look at them..seeing them in front of him his blood boiled as in a moment he stood up from his place and moved towards them in rage..
Arohi took a step back frightened..but Arjun held her hand keeping her in place..he lightly squeezed her han showing his support..
Vicky: tum dono ko toh..he held bars in his tightly..sab teri vjh se hua h..he looked at Arohi with venom filled eyes..
Arjun looked at Arohi whose lips were trembling in fear..he between him and her..
Arjun: sabko apne karmo ki saza milti h..aur teri saza yhi h ki yhn sarh..
Vicky: khud toh aish kar I par meri baari aayi toh karmo pe aa gya...sab smjhta hu mein..kyu itna sath de rha h tu iska..itni der raat kya karne aaya tha iske ghr mein tu..bas tum paisewale ho toh tumhare liye sahi h..he looked at Arohi...kitna paisa deta h yeh..mujhe bols deti mein bhi de deta...paiso ki kami nhi h mere..he couldn't complete his words as Arjun moved his hand between the bars and held his neck strangling it..
The constable rushed towards them as Vicky struggled for breath..constable tried to move him apart both he stood like a statue..there was fire in his eyes as he was adamant on killing that disgusting man..
Arohi begged him: Sir plz leave him...she said in her teary eyes..sir he will die..she held his arm trying to pull him away..
Arjun: men like him deserves to die..
Arohi: sir plz...she said on verge of breaking down..
Arjun stopped hearing her voice and dropped him on ground..he turned towards Arohi who was looking him with tears glistening in her eyes..
Vicky: tujhe toh mein dekh lunga..he coughed catching his breath..ek baar..bas ek bar bahar aane de..
Arjun looked him: pehle yhn se bhr nikal phir baat kariyo..he said in anguish and holding Arohi's hand he left from there..
Arohi: m sorry sir..she whispered once they were out beside his car..
Arjun looked her weirdly: why?
Arohi: I didn't spoke anything and u have to...
Arjun: shh..u don't need to be..i understand how difficult is for u..
Arohi: thank u..she smiled blinking away her tears which were threatening to come out..
Arjun rolled his eyes: Miss Arohi wat are friends for? I told u before from now on u will have me with u at every step as a Friend..
Arohi: thank u for being my guardian angel sir..thanks for being a friend..
Arjun: Miss Arohi..we are friends now..
Arohi: yes sir..
Arjun: so u don't need to hide ur tears from me..he took a tear drop lingering on corner of her eye on his finger tip..Friends are the shoulder u need to lean..he pulled her in his embrace as Arohi let her tears flow..its okay to be not okay sometimes...he whispered in her ear..Arohi sank herself in his warm embrace which was all she needed that time..
After Shefali and Romit no one has done anything for her..it was so much which Arjun has done for her..she was indebted to him for her whole life..he had been her strength when she was falling apart..he had been his pillar when she needed most..
After Romit and Shefali there was no one she could call a friend..after so many years..someone had honestly called her friend..she closed her eyes tightly in fear of that it might be a dream and once she will open her eyes all will go away..
Arjun: Arohi...everything is okay now..he is never gonna harm u again..he lightly rubbed his back..
Arohi slowly opened her eyes making sure it was not dream..she withdrew herself and nodded looking at him as she wiped her wet cheeks..
Arjun: feeling better?
Arohi: yes..finally he will get punished for his deeds..
Arjun smiled as he opened the door for her..
Arohi was looking outside as Arjun was driving to office..Arjun remembered her lost xpressions in police station and thought of asking it..
Arjun: Miss Arohi..he brought her put of her world..
Arohi: yes sir..
Arjun: why were u frowning in police station?
Arohi smiled faintly: the same inspector was not even ready to file my case few days back but today he was offering me seat and juice and registering my statement..all my life I have seen money and power exploiting our lives..today for first time I realized for justice u also need power and money..i am just amazed by it..
Arjun gave a sad smile to her not knowing wat exactly to say..
Arohi: sir..i wanted to talk u about something important..
Arjun: yeah tell..what is it..he asked being serious..
Arohi: I want to shift back to my place..i mean now Vicky is in jail m also fine so..
Arjun: so..he said angrily..when u rented that place for living did u realized how unsafe that place is..
Arohi: si..sir that was the only place I can afford..she stammered..
Arjun closed his eyes frustrated..
Arjun: and now u are planning to go back there..are u out of your mind..i get it Vicky is in jail..but wat about his gang..wat if they tried to harm u..u r not at all safe there and there is no way am allowing u to go back there..
Arohi: but sir I cant continue living at ur place..she said calmly..i have to move out..and I have no better place than that..
Arjun ran hand through his hair understanding her point..although he had no problem with her living in his house but he has no reason to stop her..he cant force her to stay there..but he surely can't let her go that hell of a place..
Arjun: okay give me a day's time I will arrange for a better place than that for u..but u r not going back there..he said sternly..
Arohi agreed having no other option left..
Arohi: but I need to get my things from there..
Arjun gave a slight nod..
Arjun: we will go to take them after office..
Arohi: I will..her words died in her mouth when Arjun gave her a "dare to say something" look..she gulped and looked outside window..
Arjun: angry young man..she huffed..
A sweet smile came on his lips seeing her reaction..he shook his head and continued driving..

Arohi was resting in her room..after office they had gone to her place and collected her stuff..she was lost in her world thinking about Arjun..lately she had been thinking about him a lot..he has been so supportive of her..yes he is sadu..akdo..rude and arrogant but above all he has a heart of gold..he is the most amazing person she had ever met..she moved out in the balcony and saw him sitting in the garden...she remembered something and went to him..
Arjun was sitting on bench looking at sky..when he felt a hand on his shoulder..he turned to se Arohi standing there..
Arjun: Miss Arohi..i thought u have slept by now..
Arohi smiled: wasn't feeling sleepy..so saw u and came here..
Arjun nodded: come sit..he made some space for her as she came around and sat beside him..
They bth were seating silently..when Arohi called him..
Arohi: sir..i want to say something..
Arjun looked at her to continue..
Arohi took a breath before starting..
Arohi: initially I thought u are one of those rude arrogant and sadu boss..
Arjun raised his eyebrow at her..
Arohi: but now..i think of u as a understanding..supportive..genuine..kind-hearted..caring and amazing person..the way u helped me..protected me..i will always be grateful to u..thank u..thank u so much sir..for being a friend when I needed most...thanks for being my superman..she smiled with tears glistening in her eyes..
Arjun looked away hiding his tears..its been long he had allowed someone to look through him..it was altogether an overwhelming feeling to listen such words..he doesn't whether he deserved them or not but honesty and sincerity in her voice touched his heart..
Arjun turned to look at her..
Arjun: so u r trying to say m not sadu..akdo..rude and arrogant..he said raising his eyebrow with a sly smile..
Arohi looked him like thinking:umm..nahi..she laughed making him chuckle too..
Arjun: u look good like this..carefree and smiling..he smiled
Arohi: thank u..u should also smile more..u will start looking good..and u will have a girlfriend..she winked..
Arjun smiled: but someone told me m hot..handsome..smart and rich enough to have a girlfriend..i am..prince charming of girl's dream...and wat else was that..
Arohi's face turned red..
Arjun: I am not able to remember who that someone was..let me think..umm he acted thinking hard..
Arohi: stop it sir..she said embarrassingly..m going good night..
Arjun chuckled: okay okay..sit..i wont say anything..he held her wrist as thy stood up..
They both looked at each other and then at his hand holding her wrist..
Arjun left awkwardly and looked away as Arohi sat beside him again..there was an awkward silence for few minutes before Arohi cleared it..
Arohi: Sir..u like looking stars? She asked looking above..
Arjun glanced at her and then at sky..
Arjun: yes..its my favrt hobby since childhood..he said with a nostalgic smile..i always used to try to count them..and even when I grew up..i still used to do it sometimes..me and..he stopped and pain shin his eyes..which he quickly tried to cover..
Arohi: u and..? she asked
Arjun: me and my friends..used to go for camping and look at sky whole night..he completed in plain voice..
Arohi noticed the change but kept mum..
Arohi: u know me and my best friend shefali..we used to sneak out of our dorm and sit out on the terrace and stare at stars..she said with a smile..
Arjun looked at her and smiled..
Arjun: where is ur best friend now?
Arohi: she is in Shimla..she is completing her studies there..
Arjun: so u have spend ur life in Shimla?
Arohi nodded..
Arohi: Miss Jenna..tells I was barely of 2 days when someone left me outside temple..i initially stayed with family of temple's priest..but when even after 3 weeks there was no information found..i was shifted to an orphanage..her voice became heavy..as Arjun rested his hand on her shoulder consoling her...
Arjun: No sad talks..tonight we will sit here staring at stars..our favrt hobby..and we will only talk about happy things..
Arohi nodded..
Arjun: u know I have studied astronomy in college..so I know some interesting facts about stars I bet u don't know..
Arohi looked him excitedly: then tell me..
Arjun smiled as he started telling her..
They both spent some 4 hours gazing at stars and talking to each other..they both talked about various things..Arohi told him how mischievous she was whereas Arjun told her few things of his interest..
They chatted until they realize it was 2 am and they used sleep if they don't want to miss office..Arjun dropped her in her room saying good night..
