Part 18-

Some noise from the bushes broke their moment; he hid her behind him and stood covering her in a defensive position, his revolver pointed in a direction of sound. Arohi was holding his arms tightly. A man holding gun appeared front of them, Arjun turned his revolver to him, suddenly one by one man's started appearing from the bush and surrounded them, they were trapped. Rony stepped out from behind and kept revolver on Arohi's head, he pulled her away from him and ordered put your gun down Arjun, otherwise your girl will suffer.

Looking at the situation Arjun quickly dropped the gun...Rony smirked what did you think I will let u go so easily? No boy... I strictly told you not to take anyone with you but you were thinking yourself extra smart. Now pay for that. he pushed Arohi towards his mans and punched Arjun with full force which caused him spit blood, Arohi shouted in anxiety, he punched him again and Arjun fell on ground, Arohi was crying badly, struggling to go to him but she was not that strong to do so, against those muscular mans. Right now Arjun was only worried for Arohi, he just wanted to take her away from them, because he knows what Rony has in mind but he was alone and they were many, also he can't put Arohi in danger by taking any risky step.

Rony and his man's keep beating him till he drenched with blood. Rony kicked him one last time and stepped ahead dragging Arohi with him, Arohi was screaming Arjun's name through her tears, he was unable to move but trying his best to save Arohi, he stood by so much efforts but again fell on ground. Rony laughed on him which made her hate him more, she bit his hand and ran to Arjun, she hugged him, trying to make him come in sense...his eyes were half closed, Arjun plz get up, plz getup Arjun. Arohi's clothes colored in his blood; she was sobbing and patting his cheeks.

Rony looked at his wrist which had a dreadful mark of her bite, he gritted his teeth in anger and moved to them, pulled her by gripping her hairs roughly and slapped hard on face, she fell on the big stone, her forehead met with that hard thing which made her knocked out straight away.

Arohi opened her heavy eyelids, felt a sharp pain on her head, she tried to get up and found everything white front of her, she blinked her eyes again to look the surrounding properly and noticed she was on a hospital bed. She remembered everything which happened with them and suddenly her eyes grew wider, ARJUN???she stood up and walked ahead to find him, when she was about to pull the door knob Amrit & shefali entered holding hospital bills and some medicines.

To see Arohi standing on her feet Amrit's eyes filled with happy tears, she took her in embrace lovingly...Arohi, meri bachchi, u r fine. I will talk to doctors about your discharge, saying this Amrit marched out.

Shefali hugged her, I m so happy u r ok Arohi.

Where is Arjun? asked Arohi in concern.

Vo Arohi, he is... he is in ICU.

What? I want to see him, plz shefali take me there.

Wait Arohi, no one can meet him right now, u have to wait. She looked down for a while as thinking to say it or not then said with slow voice, Use goli lagi thi.

Hearing this Arohi's heart ripped, no... aisa nhi ho sakta.

Don't worry Arohi, Doctors said he will survive.

Plz shefali take me there, me use bahar se hi dekh lungi, plz mujhe le chal.

Shefali has no choice because Arohi was not in condition of listening anything, so she conducted her to the ICU.

Arohi was looking him through the glass door, her heart ache more to see him lying lifeless. Oxygen Mask on his face and wire connected with machines through his body. Romit, Vic, Mac and Billu was also there sitting with crying faces.

Arohi couldn't control her tears, so she ran straight to the wash room and cried hard.

Where is Arohi? Asked Amrit with Shefali.

I don't know I will check.

Fast beta, her discharge papers are ready, I want to take her home before anybody know about this incident.

Shefali was bit irritated with Amrit's behavior. She knows Amrit can't understand Arohi's pain because she is much concerned about the dam reputation in society.

Arohi opened the door and nodded.

Shefali held her hand and squeezed it lightly, he will be fine Arohi, don't worry. Now let's go, Amrit Aunty is waiting for u.

I know Arohi I understand but right now, u should go, we are here with him.

No shefali, mujhe Arjun ke pass rahna hai.

Arohi plz try to understand, go home, take some rest, I will keep telling u everything & your father will be coming today as well.

Arohi nodded and decided to go with her mother.

In all the way home Amrit was silent. Arohi expected her to ask her so many questions but to her surprise she was quite and behaving like nothing happened.

When they reached home, Amrit told her not to mention this incident to Sudhir, Arohi wanted to ask, why? but she dropped this thought as her mind was only focusing at Arjun and his well being.

Arohi nodded and went straight to Pooja ghar, sat there joining hands and praying for Arjun.

Sudhir came back from his office work in out of station. He was so happy to see his family after 3 days, he missed them very much, especially Arohi. He hugged Amrit, she asked how was your work.

Fantastic. Arohi dikhayi nhi de rahi?

Vo Pooja ghar me hai, subah se hi. Uska koi college ka dost hospital me hai.

Sudhir smiled proudly, that's my girl Arohi, sabki parwah rahti hai use, lekin subah se??

Haan vo...u know how she is, badi emotional hai aur apne dosto ke liye toh jyada hi.

He is not just a friend mom, I love him.

Sudhir and Amrit both turned together to hear Arohi's voice with shock on their faces.
