Arohi parted away from sid as she caught Arjun walk through the door.(W*F is going on here) there was a moment of silence.
Sid: ermmm...hi Arjun.Sid walked towards Arjun but as he was in a state of shock her ignored him and went to his straight bedroom.he sat on his bed lossen his tie and took of his blazer.
(I mean how could she do this.her, Sid.anyway why is it bothering me.she can do what ever she wants.)
8:00pm
Knock on Arjun door."Come in" it was Arohi she was 5 months now her loose t-shirt fell folded around her bump on her stomach.she stood there with her arms around her stomach as if she was cradling the baby within. "Hey dinners ready, come and eat." Arjun looked up "Yeah, I'll just come."
(Lounge area)
Arjun sat down on the sofa and began eating."Arjun how Many times have I told you not to eat in the lounge, there is a table
over there, please go eat there." arohi complained."(massi jee always got a problem) fine!.Arohi walked towards the kitchen and saw a bag near the door.she opened it up to find baby books.(who brought these.Arjun...No ! That would be a change.I think it was Sid awww so sweet of him!)
She sat down on the sofa."Arjun I told you to not eat in the lounge." she widened her eyes."NO I WILL NOT !" he yelled.arohi raises her both hand up "AAARGHH... U really piss me off!"
"You do to" he threw the plate in the floor, as it landed on the ground it shattered to tiny fragments'. "Arjun I am not in the mood to argue." She inhaled. "Go clean your mess up" Arjun stood there "no I won't"
She puffed "why do you increase my cortisol levels. You don't even care about the baby, at least make an effort since you're the father, look at Sid he brought these books for me." Arjun looked at her straight in the eye "oh yeah Sid, is he your new toy boy"
"Arjun this is about me you and the baby, why are to you bringing Sid into this."
"Well, my eyes I not blind, you where kissing him'I mean'.how could you. "He yelled. "Hold on. You have no right over what I do or don't do."He took a few steps forward "yes I do, HAVE YOU FORGET YOUR HAVING MY CHILD."arohi replied " no have not, but you have foget your only right is over this child not over me" she truned her back toward Arjun and walked away then she stopped just near the edge of the hallway "I was going to explain that what happened between me and Sid was a mistake, but you're not worth it."
(Next morning)
Nick: When did catwalk become fatwalk? Look at this
Arohi: forget that. Answer my question why does everyone look at me so weridly?
Nick: haaa...Erm because your pregnant, unmarried. Babes you're knocked up. Don't worry; Babies are the hot new accessories in the gay world. Little dogs are so five minutes ago.
Arohi: yeah... I think you forgot am not gay.
Nick:ohh' I just remembered I saw Arjun yesterday, at the mall; he's getting into the daddy role.
Arohi: she raised her eyebrow, what do you mean
Nick: I bumped into him yesterday he was buying Baby books for you.
Arohi: he brought baby books.are you sure.he nodded back to refer that he was sure.(oh man ! I said so much to him yesterday.why do i feel so bad.)
(Meeting room at Karla office)
Mrs. Karla stood up in the front giving her usual boring speech."I would like you to know that, there are going to be changes in this place. Some people are going to get fired and other promoted over the course of 4 months. "She sat down on her black leather chair and placed her hands on the glass table. "If you don't want to be fired I want results"
"Mrs. Karla can I use your bathroom"nisha requested.
"Nisha, you can't use my bathroom. No one uses my bathroom, not even me!"
She cleared her throat, "any ideas, for the next addition."
"ermm.. I was thinking in a fashion world, we never really think about what the average normal woman would wear, so I was thinking how about a piece on that' Arohi suggested.
"Who cares what the average woman wears on the street. We shouldn't be taking pictures of them; we should be throwing rocks at them."(What a cow!). The meeting ended in about 20 minutes.
"There are trends to be set, dreams to be trampled! So shoo all of you, get back to work "
(At home)
Arjun had come back from work. He looked rough; it had been a day of hard work. "Arjun" Arohi called him with a soft voice. She walked towards him and stopped until there was about 6 inches gap between them. "I am sorry about yesterday. All the things I said to where not pleasant, I hope you can forgive me."Arjun ran his hand through his hair "okay" Arohi smiled" and thank you for the books, it was a really nice gesture"
Just then Arohi felt something. A tumbling sensation in her stomach. It felt like a muscle twitch. Her eyes widened in surprise "it just kicked "she shirked. She took hold of Arjun's hand and placed it on the lower part of her stomach."Whoa, did you feel that" he said. At that moment from afar they seemed like a normal couple, who were excited about the child movement inside the mother womb. Until the apartment door opened "Arjun, there you are" it was a girl she was above medium height, she had delicate cheekbones, and dyed black hair and beige skin tone."
"Arohi you said yesterday that, I had no control over what decisions you take in your personal life, I agree with you. You can date whoever you want, it should not bother me." Before she could say anything Arjun cut her off. "That's Jia, my girlfriend, I hope you okay with all this." Arohi paused; her eyes became broad with shock. It took a couple of seconds for her to reply back "I'm cool with it. I'm more than cool with it. I'm freezing with it! Brrr!"
Arjun smiled "cool, that you cool with it"
(Am cool with it, freezing, No am not! I just doesn't feel right that he is with another girl, why am I feeling jealous. Stop you're not, yes you are)
