Arohi is trying to open drawer and none of the keys matching. Arjun told her never to open.

I think its his childhood and orphanage related details.

OR did Arjun just say that to make her curious and pull her leg.

I think first option is more possible. What do you think is there in that drawer?

I don't think he was faking it, he seemed genuine after he asked Arohi not to open it but then this is Arjun u can never guess what exactly he's thinking.
But personally, I would love to see his childhood memories, orphanage ones in the drawer and Arohi discovering them so that she would see the sensitive, caring side of Arjun and may be she can start seeing the pain he must have been through all his life.
