These background musics belong to the Production House. In this case it would be Balaji Telefilms. Balaji also produces Tere Liye. They are allowed to do that. Sorry Guys, lets hope that they will never do that again.

No because this Background music does not belong to the channel. It belongs to the Production House. Tere Liye and KMH2 have the same Production House, so they are allowed to do that.
