Karan Kundra and Kritika Kamra talk about Kitani Mohabbat Hai Season 2.. Season 2 of Kitani Mohhabat Hai is all set to air from Monday, 1st November at 8:00 P.M on Imagine TV.
TellyBuzz exclusively caught up with the two outstanding leads of the show Karan Kundra and Kritika Kamra to know more on the show that has come again with a Season 2 due to public demand.
The duo was more than happy sharing their experience on being part of Season 2, and also took it as a chance to thank their loyal fans for all the support.
Kitani Mohabbat Hai is once again back, what's your take on it?
Karan: Well, it's a great feeling to know that Kitani is back again with a bang and being a part of it is much more beautiful. After all, this is the show which has made us what we are today, and people recognize us by our character names rather than our real names (smiles).
Kritika : Yes, I too agree with Karan that this show has given a lot to us and therefore being a part of this wonderful show is just a a treat for us. Hope the show does well.
What expectations do you have from Season 2?
Karan: The show is so close to me that I have left lot many film projects and agreed to do it, as the concept is so different than what it was before. We have lot of expectations from the show over all.
Kritika: We are putting in our hard work for the show, and I am expecting a good response. I am just waiting for the show to go on air because within one week we can come to know how much the show is liked by the audience and how far the show can go.
Karan: Kitani team is right now filled with all the youngsters working on the sets, so one can imagine to what extent they are going to create a bang for the show.
How is Kitani…2 different from the previous season?
Karan: Kitani Mohabbat Hai 1 was totally different when compared to what we are shooting now. Right from the story line, the characters, and the picturization, everything is going to be so different that you will feel that you are watching a movie rather than a TV show. Actually Kitani… 2 is altogether a different show with same title.
Kritika: Yes, you won't see any drama that usually occurs in the show with the camera moving three times. The shoot is going to be very authentic, realistic. The style of working is also very different here.
Tell us about your characters?
Karan: I am altogether different than that of Arjun of Kitani… 1 as for this time I will be seen with a grey shade. I am not all a guy with positive things, I am an angry man, who has no fear for death, a Casanova, flamboyant types guy who falls for a girl. As I belong to a gangster family, I don't like talking much but love to talk with actions.
Kritika: I am exactly opposite to Arjun here, I am a very loud kind of girl who always loves to talk. Everything in my life is hyper, nothing is normal with me, Arohi is full of life, sometimes it so happens that in a day's shoot, I am the only one to read out my scripts and deliver the dialogues. So now you can imagine, how much I am going to talk in the show.
How has been the experience shooting for Season 2?
Karan: Huh… it is great and seriously we are taking lot of efforts to make this show a grand success. The first few episodes of the show have taken our energy out, but we just saw the first episode which is really going to rock.
Kritika: We have also shot in Chandigarh and various northern places, to make our show a big hit. Now let's see how far the audience likes it. We are not leaving any stone unturned to make it a big success.
Whom do you credit for the return of Kitani…?
Karan: Normally it happens that fans want the show, back but no such focus is given to bring that particular show back. But it is happening for Kitani Mohabbat Hai, and is something that makes me feel great and thankful to all those who have contributed to its comeback. I would firstly thank the major online audience who liked Arjun-Arohi so much that they used to watch the show like crazy.
Kritika: Even the channel, production houses are responsible for the comeback, because without these elements, it was just impossible to make a return. (Completes Kritika).
So now you both are waiting for audience response?
Karan: Yes, we have put lot of effort in the season and we are hoping for the best.
Kritika: Same here! (Smiles).
