There at the Juneja mansionPrem's mom was still wide awake. She was wandering from one end to the other of the living room of their house when suddenly the windows start opening and closing loudly by the strong winds blowing outside…………………

She walks upto the windows of the hall and sees the heavy heavy rainfall outside and thinks to herself sadly-- Pata nahiin yeh toofaan kis anhoni ki orr ishaara kar raha hai…………………….Prem…………..aur Preet donon hii yahaa mere paas nahiin hain………………….Mera toh jee bahot ghabraa raha hai………………lekin apne dil kaa haal kisse bayaan karoon……………..unse kehna toh theek nahiin…………………kyuinkii iss waqt unhein apne khoon se zyaada……………..uss paraayi Daljeet par bharosa hai………………..Pata nahiin aage kya hoga…………………Bas mere bachche jahaan hon………………sahi salaamat hon…………….(she wishes seeing up at the dark moonless night just when thunder strikes again making a huge noise)……………………

And Prem's mom knew………………..no matter how muchreassured herself………..something told her they were not alright………………Preet…………and Prem!

There at the hospital the docs have already admitted Prem…………….while Heer, Meher and Preetwaited outside anxiously…………anxious for the safety of that man…………who was Peet's elder brother for the world……………..but for him much more than that……………who was for Meher……………her sis' love……..and for herself a kind and true hearted man who loved her sister more than anything in the world……………..something he had proven once again!......................and the man who was…………….well…………….everything fo Heer…………her love…………….her life………..yes Prem was Heer's everything and everyone……………and that someone with whom she had always dreamt of spending her entire life with…………………….

But today as she stood in front of the operation theatre………….inside which he fought for kife and death…………….Heer could only wish and hope……………that destiny won't be so cruel…………….to take from her………………her only happiness!.................

The doc comes out in a haste and Preet stops him to know how Prem was now.

The doc says-- Abhi hum kuch nahiin keh sakte……………….darrasal vo pehle se beemaar the…………….aur abb toh unhein kaafi chot bhi aayi hai…………….unkii haaalat naazuk hai………….lekin aap ghabraiye matt……….hum log poori koshish kar rah hain……………….

With that he leaves from there…………….while Heer is too disheartened to handle things anymore…………..she leans against the wall………and dheere dheere she comes to sit on the floor (imagine kar lena please)…………..and starts crying her heart out as Meher consoled her………………..

But Preet……….he seemed too fearful and shocked………………and suddenly he felt……….he was all alone!...................there was no one he could turn to…………..to say how much he feared losing his bro…………forever…………..to tell how much pain he felt in his heart to see his bro……………who was such a good man……………struggle for his life……………away from his family…………

And only two words left hi throat as he walked away from where Meher continued to console Heer-- Prem…………Bhaiya……………..

An instant later his mobile phone rings……………and he picks it up not even wanting to talk to anybody…………..he picks it up……………even without seeing who it was………………

He doesn't say anything…………….but the person on the other side does………….Its Prem's mom……………..
