Hey Kavya😊first of all, sorry for late reply. Actually it's festive season and all the preparations and relatives got me busy.

Now come to the update....just awesome. I was waiting for sooooo long and when get it just blows my mind. I thought prem was dreaming when read the husband wife part....but no! They were actually married😳 love every bit of it.

And Preet and Meher set them up😲wowww what a plan👏 lovely

14. Unromantic

The minute they touched ground, it was panic rush to get home and go to work. They were tired but can’t afford to take another day off.

She walked out of the office with a smile on her face. She was so excited to see him, her husband. She was sure she was blushing and if he saw her now he would leave no attempt to tease her.

“Lost in my thoughts again, aren’t you?” He said as he bumped into her.

“Prem” She just hugged him.

“I thought to call you to come for dinner but then I realised you might be longing to see me so here I am.” He grinned earning a slap on his arm from her.

“Ok I wanted to see you” He admitted.

“To see you smiling lost in my thoughts” He continued as he held her hands to stop her from attacking him.

“I’m hungry. Let’s go” She said knowing he wouldn’t stop teasing her.

As they ordered food and settled down in their chairs,

"So, what are we celebrating today?" She said noticing the surroundings.

"Our new beginning... I can't believe we're married now" He said playing with her fingers.

Before she could say anything further, she heard

"Prem, you idiot.. you were supposed to call me once you were back "

A guy was standing next to Prem now, pulling him into a hug.

"Angad" He said.

She knew it was Prem's best friend as he did mention him a few time and also heard him talking to Angad on phone a couple of times.

"I made so many plans to attend cricket, football matches with you while I was here and you chose to be in India. Sam would be furious you didn't attend the wedding." Angad was disappointed to know Prem was in India when he was here.

"Sorry Angad, we already discussed it on call and I also let Sam know that I'll attend reception on Sunday." He explained.

"I'm sorry I didn't notice you.. I'm Angad Khanna, Prem's best friend" He said shaking his hands with Heer.

Once he saw her, he guessed who it could be and immediately grabbed a chair.

"This is Heer..." Before Prem could say it,

"Heer OMG.. Why didn't you tell me before?" Angad cut him short.

Heer didn't miss their silent eye communication.

"Don't mind Heer... When I met him few weeks back on our night out, I kind of made him confess that he was seeing someone. I get to meet you finally." Angad gave her a warm welcoming smile.

"Nice to meet you as well... He didn't tell me much but from what I heard I can tell you guys are close" She smiled back.

"I hope I'm not interrupting you guys" Angad made himself comfortable.

"Actually you are but I know you wouldn't leave this opportunity" Prem knew his friend was no less compared to Preet.

"Ignore him Heer... He just likes all the attention... So, you made Prem Juneja finally marry..." Angad said.

"Well I'm starting to think it was a wrong decision to tell you knowing you can't keep a secret." Prem complained.

"Heer you do know what you have gotten yourself into? He's a total workaholic" Angad tried to tease Prem.

"Don't worry about that Angad, she's even worse" Prem said.

"I do completely switch off when I don't work unlike you.. always on your emails" Heer retorted.

"Enough you both... we're not here to talk about how bad I am.. Between where is Kripa?" Prem tried to end the topic knowing it wasn't good for him.

"She's busy shopping with her friends, was supposed to meet me here but late as usual. She'll be super excited to see you Heer." Angad mentioned.

"Kripa is Angad's wife Heer... She's a complete sweetheart unlike him" Prem told her about Kripa.

"Ah isn't she your rakhi sister you told me about?" Heer tried to recollect if Kripa was the name he mentioned.

"Exactly, which is why there only sweet to each other" Angad explained Heer.

"Are you bringing her along on Sunday Prem?" Angad asked him so she can meet others. Prem looked at Heer in askance as they haven't discussed about it. She nodded her head.

"Sure but only if you can keep the marriage part to yourself." He said.

"Deal... I'll call Kripa and find out where she is" Angad went out to make the call.

"Are you sure you want to come Heer?" Prem asked her. He was meaning to ask her but forgot about it in rush.

"I'm actually looking forward to meeting your friends. Its so strange we haven't met any of our friends till now. Let's arrange a party sometime soon so you can meet mine as well." Heer suggested.

"Sounds like a plan" Prem agreed.

"Kripa went back to the hotel, there is some confusion with the booking. I need to head back now. I'll see you guys on Sunday." Angad said planning to leave.

"Why are you in a hotel? Come and stay with us.. I'll text you the address" Prem said.

"It's fine Prem. We do have a booking." Angad didn't want to burden them when they already have made arrangements.

"Ok then I'll say the same next time when I'm in Delhi" Prem responded. He knew how furious Angad used to be to find out he was in Delhi and not staying with them. It became normal for Prem to head to his place when in Delhi. Now that he has a home here, he wanted them to stay.

"It's too late to come today. Besides Kripa is tired so how about we come tomorrow. It'll give you sometime to give us proper welcome as well" Angad winked. He left after hugging Prem and Heer.

"I hope you don't mind" Prem asked Heer realising what he did.

"I would have definitely felt bad if you didn't ask him." She was happy to know that Prem truly believed that it was his home.

They proceeded to talk about their friends and finished dinner. Once they were home, they realised they've to tidy it. Heer left in a rush and her clothes were dispersed everywhere. In the morning rush, they left their baggage across the sofa.

Prem set to clean the living room and kitchen while Heer set to clear the others. Once he was done, Prem proceeded to his room as usual to find all the cupboards empty.

"Heer, where are my clothes?" She heard him scream from the other room. An idea struck her mind. She blindfolded him and took him to her room.

"Ta da" She said as she opened her closet revealing his neatly folded clothes on the one side and hers to the other end.

"I'm very particular about the arrangement. I only do it once in a while, so dare you mess it up." She openly challenged him.

"So you're moving me here?? I thought there was another spare room which I can use" He acted confused.

"Talk about me being unromantic again" She nearly strangled him.

"I was only fooling around wifey" He said trying to free himself.

She chased him around the bed and as soon as they hit the bed, they fell asleep being completely tired.

She woke up to see him staring at her lovingly.

"Good morning Prem" She kissed him.

"Good morning Heer" He pulled her on top of him, caging her in his arms so she cannot escape.

He left a trail of kisses all along her face and neck before catching her lips. She found herself melting in his arms. The alarm went off bringing them out of their reverie.

"We'll be late Prem" She said as he still wasn't willing to let her go.

"Wait I thought you had an early morning meeting today." He immediately let her go and rushed to the washroom.

"That's very unflattering you know that you are willing to dump me for work" She said from across the door so he could hear.

"Do I complain when you do the same to me for food?" He retorted once he came out with only a towel tied around his waist. She couldn't think of any comeback as she was busy drooling over him.

"My dear Heeriye, I'm all yours forever. If you get ready, go early and get work done, we can have all evening to ourselves to continue the staring session." He said as he inched closer to her.

Realising what he said, Heer just hit him on the arm and ran away to the washroom to get ready.

Heer came out taking her time. She saw a note on the breakfast plate,

"Make do with this for now, we can finish what we started in the evening"

Heer immediately sent him a series of angry emojis while all she got in response was the kiss emojis.

It was a busy day at work considering Preet and 2 other members of team were on holiday. She did leave a message to Prem she'll be late by an hour. As she took the train, her mobile turned off and she couldn't check his messages.

As she opened the door, she saw Angad and Prem in the living room and she realised she forgot all about them coming today.

"Sorry I completely forgot about..." She apologised as she walked in.

"No worries Heer... I was back early so texted them to come over." Prem realised she forgot her charger when it went to voicemail. It was very typical of Heer to forget the charger. He had to get information out of Preet discreetly once to know if she as ok when she didn't pick his calls or messaged him. Later she told him, she forgot her mobile at home.

"Hi Heer" Kripa said as she walked across to Heer.

"This is Kripa" Prem introduced Heer to Kripa and headed over to kitchen to check on his curry.

"Why don't you guys catch up while we set the table for dinner?" Angad offered to help Prem while the ladies chat.

Talking to Kripa was like catching up with a long lost friend. Conversation just flowed. Kripa seemed genuine without any pretence which Heer liked.

“Ladies, dinner is ready” Angad announced.

“Wow that’s quite a spread” Kripa said as they settled down.

“Well someone wanted a proper welcome” Prem chuckled.

Heer mouthed a quick thank you to Prem as she sat down next to him. Dinner was fun with Angad and Kripa filling Heer with anecdotes of Prem and their friendship.

Once they finished dinner and cleared the table, Prem asked everyone for icecream and found that the freezer was empty.

“Let me go and get some” He announced but Angad stopped him.

“Let’s all go and eat near riverside. I can do with a walk. It’s a great place to live Heer. I’ll definitely look around here if we move.” Angad said.

“You guys carry on... I’ll quickly change and come.” Heer wanted to freshen up as she was still in her work clothes.

Prem followed her to the room on pretext of getting coat and gave her a quick peck before leaving.

Heer came down and noticed the trio were far ahead. She ran ahead to catch up with them. Noticing Angad and Kripa were walking ahead busy enjoying their icecream. She quickly hugged Prem from back, placing a kiss on cheek. He was enjoying the moment when she pulled the cone from his hand and went ahead to join Angad and Kripa.

Prem shook his head at his ignorance. He saw her walking with Angad and Kripa, giving them insights of the little things as they pass by. He noticed the little details how she tucked her hair behind her ear, how she laughed, how she savoured her ice-cream and thought back to the time he first met her. Even the first time he met her, he realised how much attention he was paying to all these details. It never happened to him before. He was never the one to focus on trivial details but everything about her seem to amuse him.

Heer noticed he was quite behind them lost in his thoughts so she stayed back to join him and once he was close said “Wasn’t I supposed to be the dreamer?”

All he did was to inch forward closer to her face, causing her heartbeat racing faster. He simply wiped the ice cream on her lips with his thumb and almost whispered in her ear “I love you”

His mobile buzzed with text from Angad, “can’t find you guys we’re heading back towards house”

Prem put his hand around her shoulder and signed her to walk. She offered him the remaining cone in her hand.

“Ah there you are” Angad said as they reached them. Four of them headed home deciding to play card games.

“We win” The girls declared as they were winding up since all of them were sleepy.

“It’s not over yet... it’s just a pause we’ll continue tomorrow night.” Angad said.

“Not possible Prem’s leaving tomorrow” Heer informed them about Prem’s conference.

“I’ll be back Saturday guys. I’m sure we can pick it up then” Prem said cheering everyone.

Heer changed into her night clothes and was busy picking her outfit and other things for work tomorrow’. Prem hugged her from back.

“All Ok?” She asked as Prem went to make sure Angad and Kripa were comfortable in the room.

“Hmm but I’ve still haven’t got a response” He sighed.

“Response for” She was confused.

“For what I told you earlier” He said as he traced her earlobe.

“Well you said what you felt. I’ll let you know when I get the same feeling.” She walked away.

“You’re evil” He went to brush his teeth and get ready for bed.

She acted asleep when he was back and he slept facing his back to her.

He could feel her hand trying to tickle him. He didn’t respond.

“I’m sorry” She was on top of him now.

He simply rolled over so she was under him.

“It’s okay, tell me when you want to. There’s no rush.” He kissed her and they went to sleep.

Heer woke up early to get the breakfast sorted. She kissed him when he stopped her from leaving.

“I’ve to make breakfast Prem” She freed herself and left.

Kripa was busy making pancakes for them.

“Sorry I was up early so I thought to make something.” Kripa didn’t want to burden them.

“Thanks a lot Kripa” Heer appreciated her gesture.

“We’ll be out all day so don’t worry about lunch and dinner.” Kripa informed Heer.

“It’s no bother Kripa. Do come back for dinner if you can. Prem’s leaving anyway” She didn’t want to spend the evening sulking.

“I’ll let you know” She said and went to get ready.

Heer too went to get ready. When she came out of the bathroom, she saw Prem packing his bag.

“I might leave from office itself. Saves me time” He said and she gave an understanding nod.

Once he was ready, he gave her a tight hug. “I’ll miss you”

“It’s only 2 days Prem. We’ve managed more that.” She wasn’t willing to let go of the hug.

“Seems like you’re assuring yourself more than me” He joked.

“I’m sure you’ll drown yourself in your work enough to forget everything else.” She complained.

“Really? Last time I was away, you didn’t pick any of my calls busy binging on the telly.” He made an effort to call her every day but all she did was answer in mono syllables busy either at work or watching telly.

“I don’t want to fight now. Come back soon okay” She kissed him and they joined the other couple for breakfast.

“They’re yummy Kripa” Heer said serving herself another one.

“Thanks Heer... Guys learn something.” Kripa admonished the boys.

“The fact that we’re eating silently means it’s good.” Angad said and Prem agreed.

“That’s true otherwise you’re very quick to point out all the faults in it” Heer mocked them.

“Oh no I’m late... See you in the evening.” She picked her bag and dashed out.

Thanks for your patience... I didn't want to get into the detailed marriage part so rushed it a bit. I'm not finding time either to write continuously so losing the plot a bit. I'll try to post sooner.

Wowww another part. Beautiful Beautiful beautiful. It was actually truly romantic unlike the title❤️ Find PremEer romance really cute and sweet....all the small pecks, back hugs, small talks, holding and playing with fingers everything.👏Superb writing. And Angad and Kripa were really sweet. Actually one of my fav couples after Premeer so thank you for making them their friends.

Don't worry about the plot...you are going smoothly.... neither too fast nor too slow. I am really enjoying it.
