Okay so many of you said Premeer may have named their son Preet...and that makes a lot of sense because Premeer shared a very special bond with Preet.
However...let's remember that Preet and Meher were also expecting...so for me...I always imagined Meher as having given birth to a boy named Preet Jr......although in my stories he's always called Krish...go figure 🤪
As for Premeer, Prem Jr is the obvious choice...but someone said Prateek...Hmm...Prateek Juneja...I actually like the sound of that one. 👍🏼
