I think they got re-married as far i remember because Gayatri had distributed the cards for Prem-Geet weddings in the whole family and friends..and everyone was think that prem has got married with Geet...soo Lalit decided to plan a grand wedding for premeer

On the other note i think it was beacuse we have sangeet and mehndi before Prem's death...Shadi after his return..it was in bits and pieces🤣..soo finally they decided to make a proper one🤣
