Dinner is fun, during dinner Heer announces that she has got a job In Bombay Beats, which is famous Magazine company, she gets her post as assistant editor, all of them congratulate her.

Heer joins the office next day and is happy that she has got such a job to do which will make her dream come true.

Meanwhile days pass all of them Prem Preet Harman Maya Meher and Heer meet regularly.

Heer starts developing some feelings for her boss Arnav Singh Raizada popularly known as ASR.

It's Valentine Day and all of them decide to go to some romantic place, to have. Therefore they all go to resort to spend their day there. Preet and Harman are gonna surprise Maya and Meher, but Maya Meher and Heer didn't knew anything about it, but Prem did but he never believed in such things.

Exactly at 12 in midnight Preet proposes Meher and Harman propose Maya, both of them says yes, both the couples are on top of the air.

During Dinner Meher asks Heer whether she likes some in the city or not?? To which Heer replies that" hmm…I do like some one… I guess you may call it as crush ! "

"what the heck??? OMG Heer you like some…. Tell us whose that lucky guy you fell for??? Don't say its Prem! " Maya says.

"What do you mean by that Maya?? Girls can't resist me and you not that" Prem said

" Oh! Come on Prem Heer is not that kind of girl who will fall for you, she is like us, did me n Meher fall for you?? No na??? than??? So heer whose dat lucky guy???

Prem makes whatever face and sees towards Heer. " hmm…his name is ASR I mean Arnav Singh Raizada…n he is my boss.." says heer

"Wow Heer, I must say you have a awsum choice, I have seen ASR he is damn hot" Meher

Maya" haan I agree with meher, and by the way he is better than prem atleast"

"hahahahha………" says prem.

"so when are you confessing it Heer?? To him???" says Preet.

" um..dunno..i have no idea..i mean I think he doesn't feel the way I feel" says Heer…

While this conversation was going on, prem was feeling a bit uncomfortable and he didn't know why? When Heer mentioned that she liked someone, prem felt as if he is losing someone close to him, but he couldn't understand that.

On the eve of her 24th birthday Heer invites Prem and others to her place because she does not want to be alone. They all have fun together at Heer's house, all of them make Heer's B'day memorable. Prem gifts Heer a cute teddy bear saying that friends forever, and Heer likes it a lot.

Their relation grows stronger with Prem always being by Heer side during her good and bad times but neither of them understand that they are in LOVE.

Their relationship intensifies when the exam results come out and Prem finds that he failed. His failure leads to a family fight that ends with him moving out of the house. With nowhere to go, Prem asks Heer if he can stay with her. Heer is damn happy to hear that and allows Prem to live because she also gets company to live. Living together under the same roof, both Prem and Heer learn more about each other. Heer helps Prem to get a job as Prem had helped her to get a house.

Prem also gets a job in Heer's office Bombay Beats as a assistant photographer.

One day Arnav asks Heer out for Dinner and Heer is happy to hear that and agree immediately but Prem feels uncomfortable this time also. Heer and Arnav who are off to Dinner have fun, but not as much as she has with Prem. Arnav and Heer start going for dinner or lunch, and slowly Heer understands that Arnav is totally a different person, he is good looking handsome etc, but Prem is he cute handsome sweet adorable and eventually Heer falls in LOVE with Prem but she is afraid of telling him because she doesn't want to lose her friend of this LOVE, therefore she stays quiet, whereas Prem understands that the importance of job, and starts doing his job more interestingly, Prem gets his first paid cheque, Prem gets happy and there is no limits for his happiness therefore he goes to his dad's office to give him his first cheque. Lalit gets happy and tells Prem to come back home to which he agree, but he doesn't know that some's heart would break after hearing this, and that some was none other than Heer, when Prem came back home he told Heer that his dad has allowed him to come back home and is going back, he thanks her for everythin. Heer is happy for Prem, but she is sad from inside that Prem would be going back and she would be left alone. Therefore she goes inside her room and locks herself and cries whereas Prem leaves for his house.
