How romantic. I'm so happy that Preet didn't allow the awful Ashlesha to spoil his day with Meher.

I'm happy too that he kept his knowledge of her birthday, a surprise, until the end.

There I was, feeling all warm and fuzzy inside regarding the developing rishta between Meet.

Then I encountered Maya and Ashlesha!

Something that should have been so special, turned out to be so sad.

Preet was so genuine in expressing his love for Meher, but it was all in vain.

I feel for both of them. They can't be blamed at all.

Awww. Preet is growing in my eyes, by leaps and bounds.👍🏼❤️

This shows how much he loves Meher, that he would do so much to save Vishaka's honour, and the honour of her family, despite what Viren did to his own family in the past.

Preet is shown to be very mature in this chapter.
