Having said that, I don't think he ever wished Meher was dead. That was Daljeet's department. But yes he did wish she'd disappear from Preet Juneja's radar.

Really?😕 I thought he said something like that after the party.. oh well whatever.. that does not decrease the negative impact of his actions though, not for me at least. The bottom line remains- he knew Meher was lonely and alive and yet did nothing for her.

You're right...he did say something like...you were supposed to be dead and you should have stayed that way...but what I meant was...he didn't wish death on her...but yes..once she was assumed dead...he definitely used the situation about the accident to his advantage.🤢

It was simply Meher's good luck that Preet and later Prem ran into her and eventually she reunited with her family, else Lalit Juneja was simply inhuman to her and left her to fate. If Lady Luck hadn't been kind to Meher she would have been alone and utterly broken down. Even on a humanitarian basis, Lalit had no consideration for her- never offered to help her when she came back.

🤔...Okay I don't like the guy very much right now either...but everyone seems to have missed something about Lalit. We did? 😕 Did we miss something positive about him? Hmm.. maybe it's time for me to go back and re-read the story.

I won't say positive or negative. I mean, how should I answer this question without giving anything away? See if you have time to skim through chapters 39 and 49...🤔

Was she really dumb? She and Preet were talking about Meher...Lalit comes in and says he overheard their conversation and is okay with everything...Preet and Gaytri assume he's talking about Meher...He's talking about Ash...Preet had met both girls that day...natural confusion.

Lalit didn't talk about the issue any further. Plus he says he'll take care of Ash and Daljeet...what he meant was that he'll let them know about the engagement...Big confusion.

Meher is more likely to be suspicious because she knows what happened last time. Preet doesn't remember his and Lalit's last fight over Meher...he only has the details Meher told him. But yes Gaytri should have been more suspicious.

Later at the party...she doesn't want Preet to create a scene in front of a hall full of important guests and promises him she'll help him sort it out later...I think it was about all she could do given the situation everyone got caught up in.

Meher meeting Rajveer to clear the air was nice. I don't quite understand why she got mad and left 🤔 He was just being honest, he didn't tell her to do anything for him. Feel bad for this guy. He just got mixed up in the middle of an already messed up situation 😒

I think Meher was upset, because, one, Preet was right about Rajveer...and two, he sounded like he was suggesting he was better than Preet because he helped her in her hour of need where as Preet had abandoned her. It also sounded like he was expecting her to give him a chance since he had helped her. That's not what he had maent, but Meher took it like that.. So she felt uncomfortable in the situation and decided to leave.

The way Saturday started - that scene was well written - I didn't like it bec. I was just too nervous.

Only thing totally blew me off is - where is Teji? If M ran away looking at the drama unfolding before her, where was her mom? She was supposed to be right beside her

Yes...actually I broke the whole situation up into 2 chapters...this drama continues in the next one...Teji will be there she will react.

Again I just couldn't believe G3's behaviour omg 😲 give her an award for being a most obedient wife ever 😡 She's forcing Preet !

I somehow don't expect any reaction from rest of family - they're pretty boring. Veera can do lot of things but I don't think she has the nerve to stand up to her dad.

Preview seem so sad. But if it Rajveer helps M then it's great. It may sound like Preet's not at fault, but in excitement he failed to take care of Meher & let her attend the function on time. On her own, she'd have got there on time lol. I'm annoyed with Preet too.

Meher got delayed because of Harpreet's sitter being late, so Preet told her he'd pick her up himself...so they could make an entry together...but of course the truth is I seperated them on purpose...so they could suffer a little more...😈...samjha karo yaar...twist twist...😆

I'm sure it'll be a rocking update next - so waiting to see what happens.

Yeah a lot of loose ends will get tied up...but Meher has to be found first...😆

Thank you for explaining. I stand with my point - G3 simply is just too hopeful for her own good. I understand Preet being excited, also forgot how his father acted before re: Meher.

G3 knew loads of things happened including Lalit hiding the fact Meher's still alive. She really should have confirmed before celebrating, instead she took the easy way out. It almost looked like she didn't want to believe Lalit would play games lol. Now she knows - hah

You're right...perhaps her focus was more on getting Prem and Heer back, and didn't bother to question her husband here. Plus Lalit played a good game. Let's see what everyone does in the next update.
