Umm... can I give in a suggestion? It was a little weird to see Meher Heer and their Mom not utter a single word against Kuljeet Chachee or rant at her in the impulsive moment, considering that her scheming and loud mouth nature was an important reason of the mess, just as much as Preet's misunderstandings, Prem's behavior and so on. I can understand that maybe you wanted to show that Heer was too disappointed by Prem's behavior and hence didn't pay that much thought to Kuljeet chachee, and Heer and Meher somewhere got lost in consoling her, but I do hope you will show some genuine annoyance or at least irritation in the minds of Maans regarding Kuljeet Chachee's actions, in the forthcoming chapters, as well as slight feelings of guilt at their (Heer + her parents) .own involvement in Kuljeet Chachee scheming by not opposing it. Since the mistake was everyone's in a way- everyone needs to realise it, I feel. I hope you don't mind the suggestion. Ignore it if you feel it won't gel with the story or portrayal of characters.

Looking forward to see what happens in India.

Actually, I think what I was trying to get across in this post was how Meet and Premeer were feeling about each other...or rather how lost they were feeling without each other.

So the focus was not so much on Kuljeet Chachee's contribution to this whole mess or on Heer and Meher's parents' complacency. (I think Meher did once complain about her parents never saying anything to Kuljeet when she was pushing Meher to marry Manmeet).

Ultimately the jodis have to take responsibility for their final actions.

Kuljeet Chachee's foolish antics will continue when another mess occurs. I think it's sort of understood that everyone knows she's stupid. But I think even in P&P the focus was more on how Lizzie & Darcy overcome things and come together, rather than dwelling on placing blame on the non-central characters.

Nevertheless, point noted and thanks again. 😛

Preet telling Prem everything what happened, but to tell you the truth I thought that Prem would think that there was something wrong with his brother, but Gayatri knew what was going on, I love positive Gayatri😛, they ruined her character when she became evil🤢

Actually in P and P, what I'm talking about (some genuine irritation regarding Kuljeet Chachee or rather Lizzie's mother) was shown slightly in Lizzie's introspection after the letter, when she felt that yes, her mother did do things wrongly. (This part you also mentioned in the last chapter but it was brief, but thats okay) Plus, in P and P, Lizzie did not get down to explain things to everyone in this manner, more so, an elder (like Meher's mother here) and so there was no need for any inclusion of such scenes since Lizzie's introspection had been shown already, and was shown subsequently at various points. Till the end the rest were more or less ignorant. Here, I was looking forward to see how Meher's mom would react to what Kuljeet Chachee's antics had resulted in, since she had never stopped her earlier.

Again, in P and P, nothing more than silent anger could be shown considering the person in question is their own mother and no elder knew of the whole thing- here it is their Chachee. Considering you have shown a more human side to the characters and the story has also evolved a bit differently, I think my expectations were a bit different from P and P, that's it.

Nevertheless, waiting for the next part with the same zeal as before.

just hope in the next part Meher will confess his love to Preet...
