heer says prem agar chahat ko kuch hogaya naa tu mein apne aap ko kabhi maaf nahi karongi,kabhi nahi.prem says kuch nahi hoga hamari chahat ko heer,mein usse kuch hone bhi nahi donga,mein wada karta hoon heer,chahat ko tumhari godh mein wapsi lakar rakh doon ga.heer says prem mujhe abhi london jaana hai.preet says bhabhi aap fikar mat karo mein abhi jaake hum sab ki london ki tickets book karwata hoon aur woh bhi jitni jaldi flight ho uski.preet goes to arrange for the tickets.everyone was controlling heer but noone was able to control her emotions.prem made her sit on the chair and made her drink water when preet came and told taht their flight is in 3 hours and they have to leave for airport in an hour.everyone goes back to home to do packing.after an hour,everyone left for airport
In London,heer's house,heer entered and yelled,aditya,chahat but noone answered then she yelled again and called sneha but noone was at home.premand every entered in house and saw heer calling someone.heer tum kisko phone karrahi ho says prem.heer says prem mein sneha ko phone karrahi hoon,pata nahi woh aur bache kahan hain.sneha attended heer's call and heer says sneha kahan ho tum aur bache ,yahan ghar pe to koi bhi nahi hai.sneha says heer mein aur bache hospital mein hai.tum plz jaldi se aajao.and cuts the call.heer says hello sneha,tum hospital mein kyun ho but call was already dropped.heers says prem humhe abhi keh abhi hospital jaana hai.prem says teekh hai heer.and everyone went to hospital
In hospital,sneha was continiously crying and aditya was sitting beside her .heer came and says sneha.aditya runs towards her mom and says mom aap wapis aagayin thankgod,dekhiye naa chahat ko kya hua hai.and aditya started to cry and heer hugged him.sneha walked over to heer and took her towards ICU where chahat was sleeping.heer says sneha mujhe buhat dar lag raha hai,bolo naa meri chahat ko kya hua hai,sneha could say nothing instead she was crying when Doctor Robert came outside and asked for chahat's parents.both heer and prem moved forward and says taht they r the parents of chahat.Dr Robert says i want u to meet in my cabin.its urgrnt and he went away.aditya is shocked to know that prem is his father.papa says aditya .prem turned around and hugged his son and says beta mein chahat ko kuch nahi hone doon ga yeh mera aapse promise hai .heer and prem went to Dr cabin and he asked them to have a seat.prem introduced himself and Dr Robert says .Mr juneja ur daughters report has come and it states that ur daughter chahat is suffering from brain tumour.prem is shocked to know this and tears started to flow from his eyes,but on the other hand heer couldn't bear this shock and faints .prem yelled heer.
