First impressions

Heer and Pihu were in Heer's room where Heer was still lost in Prem's thoughts whilst Pihu was annoyed about Anurag.

Pihu: Aakhir kis baat ka ghamund hai Anurag Juneja ko?(furious) What the hell does he think of himself? He has no respect for others at all

Heer didn't answer as she was not even listening

Pihu: What did he say, (mocked his manner) 'I suppose she isn't unfortunate looking but I won't consider her to be the outstanding beauty, which would make me loose my senses ' Who gave him the right to say such a thing? Bhagwaan ne onhe ooncha khaandaan or acchi shakal kya dedee onka dimaag to aasmaan tak pohoch gaya

Heer just nodded but didn't really know what she was saying

Pihu: Ok fine (folded arms across her chest) I didn't mind what he said about me but he said a lot of things about our family which was intolerable. Heer laughed which surprised Pihu.

Pihu: I'm totally annoyed here and you're laughing at that?

Heer: huh? (oblivious) tum kuch mujhse kehrahee ho?

Pihu: Kya! (found it unbelievable) That means you didn't hear a single word I said. (saw Heer holding something) What exactly are you looking at?

Pihu: lagta hai kuch khaas hai

Snatched the card out of her hands

Heer: Pihu, give it back to me (tried snatching it back)

Pihu: kyu aakhir aisee kya khaas baat hai isme?

Heer: Pihu mujhe tang mat karo or wo waapis dedo

Pihu: de denge, de denge (teasing smile) lekin osse pehle hame dekhne to do ke kya hai

Heer: Dekho Pihu I'm warning you give it back to me warna...

Pihu: Warna? hmmm (cheeky grin) Now I'll definitely will have to read this

Heer: Pihu...

Pihu giggled and ran away to the otherside of the room, followed by Heer then she read the card out loud.

Pihu: "Mujhse yeh hargaree mera dil kahe

Tum hi ho oskee aarzoo

Mujhse yeh har garee mere lab kahe

Teree hee ho her waqt guftagoo"

In between Heer tried to stop her and to snatch the card back but Pihu still read it.

Pihu: "Rakhlu chupaake me kahi tujhko

Saaya bhi tera na me doo

Rakhlu banake kahi ghar me tujhe

Saath hee tere me rahoon

Zulfe teri, itnee ghanee

Dekh ke inko, yeh sochta hoon

Saaye me inke me jiyoon"

Wow looks like someone has a crush on you (winked at her) I'd heard about Prem Juneja's poetry but didn't know it was this good

Heer: (blushing) Wo to...wo to onhone yuhi...aisa kuch nahi

Pihu: hmmm wo to dikhraha hai. Aaj raat saaf nazar aaraha tha ke wo tumhe kitna pasand karte hai

Heer: kuch pal saath bitaaya hai bus. Ose kuch or mat samajh na Pihu. And you know this is impossible

Pihu: Nothing is impossible Heer. He's coming towards you by his consent so why are you backing out? (put her arm around Heer's shoulder) or kyu na kare, tum sab se haseen jo ho

Heer: It's too early to judge anything

Pihu: Don't think too much. I'm sure he has developed feelings for you and I also know that you also have begun to like him

Heer smiled and put her eyes towards the ground

Pihu: As far as we know him we know how status and positions don't bother him at all. (hugged her) So stop thinking too much. Ha per Prem ke baare me zaroor soch saktee ho

Heer: Dekho Pihu tum phirse shuroo hogayee

Pihu continued teasing Heer and Heer chased her around the room

Lalit's room

DJ: Today's party was outstanding

Lalit: Aisa kya hogaya

DJ: Didn't you notice Lalit how Prem Juneja only danced with our Heer the whole night. His interest was only stuck in her

Lalit: He was involved with others too Daljit

DJ: Or wo sab dekhte hee rehgaye the. Jaante hai meree nazar sirf on dono pe hee thee puree raat. Dekh rahee thee ke kese Prem Juneja hamaree Heer ke ilawa kisee or kee taraf dekhne ke liye tayaar hee nahi the. Once or twice I did catch him dancing with other women too (frowned) and that really vexed me but then soon I saw him with Heer again so I was relieved. iska matlab jaante hai?

Lalit: That's what's troubling me

DJ: What is the reason to be so worried? Instead you should be happy that Prem Juneja is attracted towards Heer. I say he likes her

Lalit: kuch pal me koi kisee ko pasand nahi aajaata Daljit. He is a big man so I'm sure he has many women hung up on him day and night. Mujhe to meree Heer kee chinta horahee hai

DJ: All you do is worry, worry, worry. (raised her eyebrows heavenwards) I know exactly what your intentions are. You just want all of us to suffer and for that good for nothing Ritesh Basu to come and snatch everything away from us. (stood up furious) Lekin me ye nahi hone dungi

Lalit: Daljit tum baat ko kahase kaha le jaarahee ho

DJ: To or kya karu. I'm trying to knock some sense in you old man. Ab jab Prem Juneja kee nazar Heer pe per hee gayee hai to ab hamara farz banta hai ke Heer ko Prem ke paas bheja jaaye. (eyes light up with sweet dreams) Just think if this alliance takes place then what good fortune it would bring for all of us. We'll be so rich. Wese to agar Anurag Juneja ne bhi ose pasand kiya hota to koi baat nahi thi per yeh Prem bhi theek hai. After all he is the same.

Lalit: You can celebrate all you want but all I care about is the welfare of my children

saying that he walked out of his room leaving an ecstatic Daljit

Juneja's residence

Prem and Anurag both were in Prem's room

Prem: aaj bohat maza aaya na

Anurag: (shook his shoulders) Yeh there was nothing extra ordinary

Prem: Me to bhool gaya ke tum kaha waha maza karne gaye the

Anurag: I don't have time for such luxury. Tum jaante ho ke hum kuch hee dino ke liye yaha Mumbai aaye hai Prem. Waapis Delhi jaana hai or phir London bhi lautna hai to kitnee zimmedaariya hai. If not on you then certainly on me.

Prem: Jaanta hu. (put arm on Anurag's shoulder) That was the whole reason why I took you to that party so you can enjoy life for a change.

Anurag: Enjoying life is something I think I should leave for you. (took Prem's hand off) Me agar logo ke saamne jhuk gaya to phir onme or mujhme kya farak rehjaaehga?

Prem: I'm not telling you to bow your head down in front of everyone. But it wouldn't have tainted your dignity at all if you would have least bit talked to any beautiful woman there.

Anurag: I didn't find a single person worth my attention. I didn't want to waste my time Prem.

Prem: Insaan kee pehchaan oonch neech se nahi hoti Anurag. It is their character traits and qualities which suggest their position and status. (gave a dreamy smile) Ab Heer Maan ko hee le lo. Wo bohat hee khoobsurat or saaf dil kee hai. On jesa haseen maine aaj tak nahi dekha. You know I spent only a few special moments with her tonight but they were enough for me to realise how much I've begun to like her.

Anurag: Be careful Prem (folded his arms across his chest) having fun for a few moments is entirely different to spending the whole life together. Bohat kuch soch na parta hai. It seems impossible according to my rules and principles. The Maans are no where near our status. They don't even belong in the clang of our peons.

Prem: (disappointed) Is dil pe kisee kee hukumat nahi chaltee Anurag or naahi yeh koi barabari ya oonch neech dekhta hai. Dekhta hai to sirf mohabbat.

Anurag: I've never really approved the way you live your life Prem (gave a grave look) and as a good brother and well wisher I'm warning you to change your ways before it is too late. This path would take you to destruction and nothing else. Aage tumhaaree marzi

Anurag left

Prem: Tum chaahe jo bhi kaho or karlo Anurag magar me jaanta hu ke mera dil kya chahta hai

He smiled as he remembered Heer again and got lost in her thoughts.

Maan Niwas

Lalit was sitting alone worried about everything when Pihu came

Pihu: Baoji aap itnee raat gaye yaha kya karahe hai?

Lalit: kuch nahi, bus soch raha tha

Pihu: Hmmm....samajh gayee (sat down next to him) I'm sure you're thinking about all of us again and worrying yourself to death

Lalit: to or kya karu? (sighed) This worry is not going to be over until you all get married happily. Tum sab kee khushi hee mayene rakhti hai mere liye.

Pihu: Me jaantee hu baoji lekin aap kyu aisa sochte hai ke hum sab khush nahi? Bhagwaan ka diya huwa sab kuch hai hamare paas to phir...(hugged him sideways) Please don't worry baoji

Lalit: At present I'm concerned about Heer, kya wo khush hai?

Pihu: oskee khushi me bayaan nahi kar paaoongi. Aakhir me oska sapno ka rajkumar aahee gaya

Lalit: Per Pihu kya yeh theek hai. He is the owner of one of the prestigious industries in this country and we're just too small in comparison

Pihu: To kya huwa baoji? (shook her head with disagreement) Prem Juneja is not at all like you think or wo Heer ko bohat pasand karne lage hai

Lalit: I'm still worried Pihu

Pihu: Aap ziada mat sochye. Me jaantee hu ke Heer ke saath kabhi kuch bura hohee nahi sakta. I completely trust Prem Juneja

Pihu assured Lalit and he was relieved for the time being.

Pihu thought: It's true that I totally trust Prem Juneja but I definitely don't trust Anurag Juneja
