"Ab sab jaake tayar ho jao. Thodi dehr mein mehendi ki rasam bhi shuru hone wali hain" G3 told everyone and they all go.
Meher was sitting beside Ashlesha and Heer who was getting her beautiful mehendi on her hands. Soon she was done. Meher noticed Heer smile shyly to Prem every other second who was also standing and admiring her from afar and teased her. While Preet teased Prem.
"Ab humari baari!" Meher told the mehendi person. All the girls also got mehendi on their hands.

Preet entered the kitchen looking for something to eat. He was just about to leave when he heard Heer stop him.
"Arre Preet.. mera ek kam karoge?" heer asked.
"Of course Heer bhabhi.. bataye main aap ke liye kya kar sakhta hoon?" Preet asked.
"Woh mere haath mein mehendi hain aur tum apne kamra mein ja rahe the.. toh kya tum yeh khana Meher ko de auge? usne kuch khaya nahin hain abhi tak," Heer explained.
"Don't worry bhabhi. Main le jaunga aur khila bhi dunga," Preet said with a wide grin. He took the plate from a thankful Heer and headed up the stairs to Meher's room. Meher was busy sitting on a couch and watching the movie Wanted. Preet went and sat beside her on the couch, but she was so immersed into the movie that she didn't notice him until 5 minutes later. Finally, she turns and gasps, "Tum!? Tum yahan kya kar rahe ho?"
"Action movies, huh?" Preet asked.
'Nah. Salman Khan!! Mein uski every picture dekhti hoon," she says dreamily staring at the screen. Then shouts, "Tum topic change karne ki koshish kyun kar rahe ho? yahan kya lena aye ho" she demanded.
'Main kuch lena nahin..dena aya hoon." Preet told her.
"Kya?" Meher asked confused.
"Yeh!" He showed her the plate of food.
"Khana? Pehle nahin keh sakhte the?" She was just about to take the plate from him when she realized that she couldn't. "Mere haathon mein toh mehendi lagi hain. Rehne do. Ek raat
bhooki so jaongi. Tum jao," Meher said.
"Ek minute. Tumhare haathon meh mehendi lagi hain toh phir kya. Main tumhe khila deta hoon," Preet said. He took a spoon of rice and put in front of her face. Meher just stared at him.
"Ab tum koi choti bachi ho jo mujhe tumhe kehna parega beta aah karo muh kholo!" preet joked.
"Shutup preet. Maine kaha na ke mujhe nahin khana" Meher said.
"Kyun? Diet par ho? Achi baat hain Meher. Tumhe zaroorat hain," Preet teased Meher.
"Tumne mujhe moti kaha!?" Meher shouted.
"Nahin Meher. Main sirf tumhare saath mazak kar raha hoon," preet said.
"Mazak!? Agar yeh mehendi mera haathon pe nahin hoti toh main kab ka tumhara gala daba deti!" Meher said.
"Kash yeh mehendi tumhare haathon pe nahin hoti. Issi bahane tum mujhe choo toh leti," preet grinned.
"Preet tum mere saath flirt karne ki koshish kar rahe ho?" Meher asked.
"Arre nahin Meher. main koshish nahin main toh flirt kar raha hoon," preet told her.
"Argh! Tumhe kuch bhi kehna beqaar hain!" meher said frustratedly.
"Phri tum meri baat kyun nahin sunti. Listen.. jab tak tum khana nahin khao gi tab tak main yahan behta rahonga. And believe me Meher mujhe toh bohat maaza ayega tumahre saath bethkar tumhe annoy karne mein. Isilye why dont you use your chota sa dimag by eating your food!" preet told Meher.
"Preet tum mujhe stupid keh rahe ho?!"
"Nahin Ms. meher mann.. main sirf tumhare saath mazak kar raha hoon," preet said grinning evilly.
meher sighed and then started watching her movie again while Preet continued irritating her so she finally said, "FINE! main khana kha longi."
Preet smiled and fed Meher. After a few bites Meher asks,"Tumne khaya abhi tak?"
"nahin. bhook nahin hain." preet replied.
Meher smiled, "of course. itni dehr se mera sir kha kha ke peht mein jaaga nahin bach hogi"
"Very funny meher." preet said making a face.
Preet finished feeding her and Meher said, "Ab tum ja sakhte ho. Aur kuch kha lena.. bhooke peht soagay toh need bhi nhain ayegi."
"nahin main soch raha tha ke main bhi tumhare saath picture dekh loon," Preet said.
"Preet.. picture kab ki khatam ho chuki hain. Isiliye tum jao," meher ordered.
"Fine. ja raha hoon," he gets up to leave and s at the door when Meher calls him, "Sunno..."
"kya?" Preet turns back.
"Thank you," Meher says after a small pause. preet smiles and waves good night.
The next day all are at the dining table and listening as Lalit was busy grilling Meher with questions about her studies, etc.
he was so happy with her that he immediately made a decision, "Toh bas meher beta. Shadi hone ke bad tum humara office join karlo."
"Thanks Uncle" but then seeing the look on lalit's face she quickly says, "sorry. thanks Bauji!"
"yeh hui na baat!" lalit said smiling.
Everyone finished eating. preet went upto heer.
"Waise meher bohat talented hain na?" preet asked.
"haan preet. Usse toh sab ata hain. Padhai mein bhi tez hai, khana bhi ban leti hain-" heer was saying.
"REally? Meher khana bhi bana leti hain?" preet asked.
"haan." Heer said then left when she heard Prem call her. Meanwhile Preet was hapy cause he finally got to know something that he could use to make Meher do what he wishes. He goes up to her room but she was taking a shower so he leans back on her bed. Soon Meher comes out of the shower untangling her wet hair. then she sees him.
"preet! tum?" Meher shrieked.
Ignoring her Preet starts to say, "Meher mera chocolate cake khane ka bohat man ho raha hain."
meher stares at him confused, "So tum mujhe kyun bata rahe ho?"
"Woh isiliye kunki aaj tum apne haathon se sirf mere liye chocolate cake banaogi!" Preet says like its the most obvious thing in the world.
"And why would i do that?" Meher asked.
"Tum aise isilye karogi Ms. Meher Mann," he says getting up from the bed and walking towards her, "Kyunki tum kal har gayi thi. Aur tumhe prove karna hain ke tum koi bhi saaza se darthi nahin ho isiliye you are going to cook for me!"
meher sighed, "Teek hain. lekin tumhe isme meri madat karni hogi. Mujhe nahin pata ke kitchen mein kya kahan kahan rakha hain."
Preet smiled, "of course!" He wasn't about to ruin his golden opportunity by telling meher that he was just as clueless as her and the only time he ever entered the kitchen was to look for something to eat in the fridge.
