Chapter 5
Heer reached home and she was glad that meher and ash was not at home and they were coming home late because they were going to their friends birthday party tonight and heer saw her chachi she was sitting in the living room watching her favourite serial on star plus and heer always hated star plus. Heer sat on the sofa opposite her chachi and she said "chachi" but daljeet didnt hear her and she said it again "chachi" again she didnt hear her heer had enough she got up from the sofa and stood beside daljeet and she tapped her shoulder daljeet jumped up and she screamed "BHOOT BHOOT BHOOT BACHAO MUJHE KOI" heer stood front of her chachi and she shouted "chachi bhoot nahi main heer hoon" daljeet put her hand on her head and she said "hai re tune tau meri jaan hi nikal di" heer said "chachi main app ko bula tau rahi thi lekin app sun hi nahi rahi thi" daljeet smiled and she said "hai hai arre woh main assi hi hun tuje tau pata hi hai na jab bhi main TV dekhti hoon tau mujhe aas paas ka pata hi nahi rehta khair chod tu bata tera din kaisa tha" heer had a annoying look on her face and she said "theek tha chachi woh mujhe ajj meeting ke liye jana hai aur raat ko anne mein shayad mujhe thodi der ho jaye mein yahi batane app ko ayi thi" daljeet smiled and she said "koi baat nahi par dyan se aana aur haan ajj meher aur ash bhi late hi ayengi tau phir mujhe tau ajj koi kaam hi nahi iska matlab main der raat tak TV dekh sakti huun" heer gave her fake smile and she went to her room to get change.
In heer's bedroom she was going through her wardrobe and she was searching something black to wear but she didn't find any decent dress so she thought of wearing black net saree which ash gave it to her on her birthday its a plain simple black sari and its got sequences on the border she wore her saree but heer was uncomfortable with the saree top it was too short and revealing her stomach and her back, from the back it was a deep neck and heer quickly fixed her pallu and she pinned it to her shoulder strap. She straightened her hair and then she curled her hair from the bottom to lose curls and she wore her small diamond studs which her mother gave her that was the last thing she have from her parents, she put eyeliner and lip gloss and she wore her pencil heel sandals and did her final touches and picked her black clutch purse and took the taxi to the juneja hotels. She reached the hotel and she was feeling nervous and also she was 10 minutes early and she thought that it is better to be early than late and she went inside the hotel and asked the direction to the meeting room where the meeting was held she went to the meeting room and she took her laptop out and on the laptop and she opened the presentation page and then she turned the projector on and everything was done and then she remembered she have to put all the sheets on the table and she took her sheets out and put it on the table and then she thought of going outside and checking the last minute details with the staff, she opened the door and she bumped into someone and she was about to fall on the floor but luckily someone caught her and that was no one other than prem juneja he held her from her waist and he couldn't see her face because it was covered with her hair then he with his hand he gently moved her hair from her eyes and heer shot open her eyes and they both stared at each other in shock and heer pushed prem's hand from her face and she stood straight but prem didn't let go of her waist and heer saw his hands on her bare waist and she whispered "excuse me sir" prem was lost in her beauty and he didn't hear her this time she said in a low voice "excuse me sir" prem came out of his dream land and he said "oh excused" and he let go of her waist and walked inside the meeting room and heer went out. Prem was glad to see that heer is organised and she is punctual he sat on his chair and started calling his girlfriend and asking her to meet him after the meeting. Heer came back to the room with the clients and heer introduced them to prem and prem was feeling awkward because he thought his clients might be young and he would meet a babe but all his dream went down the drain because his clients were two old guys in their 50's and a women in her later 40's prem gave them a smile and they all sat around he table and prem was sitting in the cent re and he was sitting there clueless as if he has never attended a meeting before and heer eyed him to talk and he raised his shoulders slightly indicating that he has no clue because he didn't read the file so heer cleared her throat and she got up from her chair and she stood beside prem and she started the meeting she showed them the presentation and prem was watching her because she was doing presentation so efficiently as if she has been in this field for couple of years prem thought she does have a talent and at that moment he was feeling as if he is her PS and she is his boss the meeting ended and the clients were happy and they signed a deal and then heer gave prem the file and he signed it and then they went to the dinning hall to have dinner with their clients which was specially booked for them it was beautifully decorated and they had their dinner and then one of their clients asked heer he said "so are you guys engaged" heer was in shock hearing that and she said "no I'm Mr Juneja's PS" he said "oh really oh my god you both really look made for each other" heer gave him a fake smile and prem was staring at heer but heer ignored his gaze and she ate her dinner. After the dinner they said bye to their clients and when they left heer turned to prem and she said "sir I'm leaving see you in the office tomorrow" prem said " Miss Maan if you don't mind can I drop you home" heer stared at him.
