balwant tells dj that they should've gone for the funeral...but dj says that its better they didn't go otherwise they would've had to pay all of ballu's loans...

just then lalu calls and asks abt ballu....dj acts as if she's a maid and disconnects the phone!
she asks balwant to get heer and meher to their place...
she tells balwant abt her plan to get llu's son's married off with her daughter's rather than heer...
heer and meher are not at home wen balwant comes...he calls up dj...just then lalu comes and enquires abt ballu and his family....
he lies that everybody died...lalu is heartbroken on hearing this!

heer pays off all the loans by selling off her house.....and leaves for ludhiana
