today I called SP
and the same old thing
when I called first receptionist said she'll connect me to the department and I was waiting 4 abt 4-5 min but didn't get any response
then I tried for the second time to tell her to atleast pass my request to the department she picked up the phone and disconnected in the middle of the conversation...hw rude is that really disgusting even the management 😡

i hav holiday 2moro
n 4 da 1st time im nt happy tat i gt a holide
i wish i had it in weekdays bt i hav it on saturday which is of no us
i could help deshians by watchin kis des... bt im helpless

even my frnds would hav watched
