Morning, Heer woke up and saw herself alone on the bed. She looked around there is no sign of Prem and Chahat. She saw a big flower bunch in front of her in the bed. 'such a big flower bunch.' She thought and about to touch it. She heard 'Happy birthday Heer' 'Happy birthday Mamma' from the flowers. Prem and Chahat peeped out from the bunch. Heer sat on the bed with wide open mouth.
Chahat jumped and kissed her. Heer kissed her back. Prem hugged and kissed her forehead. 'how is our surprise.' Heer kissed his cheek 'nice.'
Prem picked up Chahat 'Heer, get ready fast.' Heer went to washroom.
Prem picked up one dress and matching jewels and kept neatly on the bed. Prem and Chahat are sitting on the couch. Prem is shaking his left leg and Chahat is also doing the same. Both are lost in deep thought. Heer came out and saw the dresses on the bed. she got ready still Prem and Chahat are lost in their thought.
Lalit and Gaya3 are gone to one of their friends wedding with Preet and Megher. They will return only after two days. So she has to make breakfast for Prem and Chahat. Heer keeping her hand on her waist stood before them. there is no response from them. she waved her hands infront of them. 'Premmmm Chahaaat.' Heer shouted 'both stop shaking your legs.'
Chahat 'Mamma don't disturb.'
Prem 'its our habbit can't be changed so easily. Please don't disturb us.'
Heer 'ho. Madam and sir are thinking? About what?'
Chahat 'Mammaa, we are thinking abooouut.'
Heer repeated 'thinking about'.
Chahat and Prem snapped their fingers 'yes. I got it.'
Heer 'Prem, you both are wasting my time. I have to prepare breakfast.' She is about to move out. Prem pulled her back. she sat next to him. Chahat sat on Prem lap. Prem hugging both 'today holiday for you from kitchen work.' Chahat 'ha holiday for you Mamma.'
Heer looked at him as if he told something unbelievable 'are you planning to fast for entire day or till the day everybody returns from their trip.'
Prem 'I'm going to prepare food for you and Chahat will assist me.'
Heer 'Premmm, you and Chahat.' She shook her head in disbelief. Chahat 'Mamma want to test Papa?'
Heer pulled Chahat's nose 'like your papa you like to challenge.' Chahat 'Mamma Papa's decision is final.' Prem 'yes. Princess said so it is.'
Heer 'okay' they went down. Heer sat on the living room. while Prem and Chahat went to Kitchen. Prem kept Chahat on the counter. 'you just sit here and give me company.'
Chahat 'Papa, Mamma will be alone there. call Mamma also here.'
Prem called Heer 'Heer come here.' Heer 'so you both need my help.'
Prem lifted her up and kept her on the counter 'you sit here. and watch me.'
Heer 'okay. let see. How the owner of many hotels makes his wife happy. try your hand in cooking.'
Heer and Chahat continuously talking to Prem. Prem cooked their favourite items. After an hour Prem finished the cooking. Heer arranged the table. They had their food together. Chahat and Heer simply praised Prem for each mouthful of food they took. Prem 'just a thanks.'
Heer 'what you want?'
Prem 'you have to give me.' he smiled mischievously, which made Heer alert 'I consider your wish.'
Chahat confused 'Mamma what is Papa asking?'
Heer 'Papa is just asking a gift.'
Chahat continued eating her food 'then give Papa a nice gift Mamma.'
Prem 'so its our Princess order so you should not change your mind.' Heer shyly nodded her head.
After the breakfast Chahat went to garden to play. Heer cleaned the dishes and went to Prem who is sitting in the bedroom and lost in deep thoughts. Heer with her eyes 'what are you thinking?'
Prem pulled her down to sit next him. To his surprise Heer sat on his lap. before he could recognize what is happening around him she wrapped her around his neck and pressed his lips on his. She started kissing him passionately. He layed down on the bed pulling her on top of him. They kissed as if they haven't kissed for ages. They rolled on the bed without breaking the kiss. They broke when they needed air to survive. They lyed on the bed silently hugging for a while.
Prem stroking her hair 'I like to cook everyday.' She looked up with a confusing face. Prem smiled 'then I'll get this daily.' She hit his chest playfully. She got up from the bed. Prem pulled her back. Heer 'Prem, Chahat is alone.' Prem and Heer went down to garden to spend time with their daughter.
After few months, Juneja Mansion is full of flowers. Chahat is running around and helping her mother to decorate the house. Prem and Lalit are planning for the party. Gaya3 is waiting at the door with arthi. Chahat clapped and jumped in joy when the car entered the mansion. 'Mamma Papa come fast.'
Preet and Megher came inside with their little bundle of joy. Gaya3 took arthi. Heer fed sweet to Megher and Preet. Gaya3 took little angel in her hand. All are happy.
The naming function was arranged for Preet baby. Everyone was scratching their head to find a name for the girl. Prem 'Preet, you are the father so you should select the name.'
Preet 'PB, I don't have any name in my mind. You help me.'
Heer 'Prem , you don't have rights. Only Preet and Megher has the rights.'
Megher 'didi please, we don't have any idea please didi help us.'
Gaya3 'nothing doing. you have time till t'row morning so select before that. nothing wrong in skipping a sleep to find a name for your baby.'
Lalit 'all go to bed. t'row we have to get up early. All went to their room.'
Preet and Megher breaking their head to find a name but they couldn't come to any common liking. Next morning, they woke up still searching the name for their baby.
Preet 'Megher don't worry. When Pandit asks for name we'll just stared at others. Bhabi will surely help us.' Megher too had the same thought. They got ready for the function.
Prem and Heer teased Preet and Megher 'got a name for you baby or going to call her as nameless.'
Megher placed the baby in the cradle. Pandit did the pooja. After that 'who is going to name the kid? come and whisper the name into baby's ear three times.'
Everyone looked at Preet and Megher. Preet and Megher stared at the baby. After a brief silence, Pandit called again. Chahat stepped near the cradle with a smile. She bent down into baby's ear 'Gungun Gungun Gungun'
Everyone was surprised and happy. Chahat loudly said 'Chachu, did you like the name?' Preet picked up Chahat and kissed her. 'ha beta. Nice name. my daughter name is Gungun.'
Prem and Heer just smiled at Chahat. Chahat quickly got out of Preet's hand and ran into Prem's. He picked up and kissed her cheek. Heer kissed her cheek and went to help Megher to do other rituals.
Prem is all excited to celebrate Chahat's third birthday. Prem and Heer are decorating their bedroom to surprise Chahat in the morning. She is peacefully sleeping in the bed. They placed all her favourite dolls around the bed. they placed their gifts. Prem and holding Heer by her waist stared at his sleeping daughter 'this is the first time I'm going to celebrate my daughters birthday. Unlucky father.' Tears came out of his eyes.
Heer cupped his face 'no. don't you remember her first birthday. You gave free meals to all kids in the hotel.' She wiped his tears 'Prem, we celebrated her second but you forget that's all. But you were there with her.' he hugged her tightly. 'God has given me lovely wife and daughter.' Heer kissed his cheek 'you are a lovely husband and father.' Prem kissed her cheek.
Chahat opened her eyes and saw her parents sitting in front of her with a broad smile. 'Happy birthday beta.' Both said together. She got up and rubbed her eyes 'thank you Mamma Papa.' Prem and Heer kissed her cheeks on either side. She kissed them back. Heer took her to washroom to get ready.
Prem is ready waiting for his sweet hearts to join. When Chahat got ready he stood in front of Prem and Heer. Prem gave her a small gift box. She sat on the bed opened carefully. Prem and Heer sat on the bed. Heer leaning on to Prem's shoulder watched her face.
Chahat took the doll out. A teddy bear hugging two teddy bears. One small and another big on either side. Chahat jumped on to Prem's lap. 'like us.' she leaned on to his chest. Prem kissed her forehead and Heer's. Chahat kissed his cheek and Heer's 'Pappa Mamma it is very nice.' They stayed hugging for a while.
Prem 'Beta, this year you are going to school. You have to be first in everything.'
Chahat 'ha Papa. I'll do my best to make you both proud.' She kissed Prem and Heer cheeks. They kissed her back.
Holding her parents hand Chahat climbed down the stairs to meet her grand parent and Chachu. She took blessings from Lalit, Gaya3, Preet and Megher. They all gathered to cut the cake. Chahat cut the cake and took one piece and fed Prem and Heer. Then Prem and Heer fed her at the same time. Prem and Heer kissed her cheek on either side. Preet clicked a shot. Prem picked up Chahat in his hand and hugging Heer on the other side. Preet clicked another shot.
Prem wanted to have it within her family so no guests are invited. They all had fun. Chahat with Gungun enjoyed the party.
