Chapter 25

Next morning heer woke up early and she took a shower and she wore a baby pink churridar suit and she quickly got ready than she went downstairs and made breakfast for gayatri and they both ate the breakfast together and they went to the hospital heer didn't talk while she was driving and gayatri was looking outside the window and then after half an hour they reached the hospital and heer parked the car in the parking lot and they walked to the hospital and they went to prem's room and they saw that he was all ready to go home and he was sitting on the bed and the nurse was trying to feed him but he was not interested in eating and then he saw gayatri standing in the door with heer and he said "morning maa I'm ready to go home so lets go" gayatri smiled at him being impatient and she said "beta let us speak to the doctor first" heer from the back she said "maa I'll go and speak to the doctor" gayatri nodded and prem shot her a glare but she didn't care she walked out of the room. She went to the doctors room and she asked about prem and he said he can go home now and bring him next week to the hospital for check up and then heer thanked the doctor and she did the payment and came back to prem's room and she told gayatri everything and then prem tried to get up and walk but he couldn't because he was feeling dizzy and the doctor said that he shouldn't walk alone he should always have someone on his side until he gets better, heer saw him she ran to him and she held his left arm and she supported him to stand but prem didn't want her to hold him and he glared at her to remove her hand but she ignored him and started walking with him to the car and gayatri followed them both. She helped prem sit at the front seat in the car and gayatri sat at the back and heer came to her driver side and she sat and drove the car t home.

They reached home and gayatri went inside the house and heer helped prem to get out of the car but he pushed her hand and heer got angry and she said "I'm not trying to come near you I'm trying to help you so please" she helped him walk to the house and then she took him upstairs to their bedroom and she laid him in the bed and she fixed the pillow for him and she adjusted the curtains because the sun was directly coming to prem's face and it was annoying him then she was about to leave the room when she saw gayatri walking into their room and she kissed prem's cheek and she stood near heer and she said "heer beta I'm going with my friend to the mandir and I will be coming late so you both take care and have your dinner" heer nodded and then gayatri left the room and heer went downstairs to make lunch for prem. She made a soup for him and she filled a glass of water and she took his food tray upstairs to their bedroom and she opened the door and she saw prem doing something on his phone she put the food tray on the side table and she stood beside his bed and she said "prem have your lunch" prem chucked his phone on the other side of the bed and he looked towards the window and he said "I'm not hungry" heer sat beside him and she said "you have to eat because you need to take your medicine" prem looked into her eyes with a smirk on his face and he said "why doest it matter to you if I should eat or take my medicine" heer took a deep breath and she said "look just eat your lunch" she put the food tray in her lap and she stirred the soup with the spoon and she filled the spoon with soup and she brought it front of his mouth he didn't open his mouth to eat heer said "can you please eat" prem said "look I'm not a kid and I can feed myself so I don't need you spoon feeding me" heer put the tray in his lap and she got off the bed and sat on the couch and started reading her magazine" prem looked at his food tray and with his leaf than he lifted the spoon full of soup and put it in his mouth but it landed on his shirt and he shouted "damn it" heer moved her magazine and she saw his shirt got dirty and he needed a tissue heer got up and she wiped his shirt with a tissue and she took the spoon of his hand and she started feeding him and he ate it from her hand and when he finished his soup heer gave him water and then she fed him his tablets and she picked the tray and went downstairs.

It was 7:00'clock in the evening and she came upstairs with prem's dinner and she fed him his dinner and this time he didn't say anything to her and she fed him with her hands and after the dinner heer was about to leave when prem said "can you put my phone on charge" heer picked his phone from the bed and she placed it on change and then she left the room. She went downstairs and she did the dishes and cleaned the kitchen and she came back upstairs and she went to the dressing room she took her night dress out from the cupboard and heer opened prem's cupboard and took his night suit out and she went back to the room, she went to the washroom and she got changed into her long red backless night dress and she came out of the washroom and she gave prem his night suit and he stared at her and then she went near him and started undoing his shirt buttons.
