Prem: oh thanks for the compliment ab chalo..

Prem and Heer order for a plate of panipoori. They were having fun feeding each other. Heer drops one by mistake while handing it to Prem causing it to fall over her and Prem spoiling their clothes. Even before Prem could react Heer yells on him.

Heer: Prem ye kya kiya tumne..dekho mera dress karab kar diya aur ye kya tumhara shirt..usse bhi'kitne pyaar se laayi thi tumhare liye'tum teek se pakad nahin sakte the'tum ne..

RECAP:

Its Prem's birthday but no one wished him except for Heer. The whole family is busy preparing for the naamkaran ceremony of Pratham and Gauri's kids. Prem wishes to spend the day alone with Heer but he doesn't get a chance..Finally he manages to take Heer out.

CHAPTER-59

Prem was driving the car and in between stealing the glances of her while she was trying hard to suppress her giggles. Suddenly Prem heard her shriek and stopped the car.

Prem: Heer kya hua???

Heer: Woh dekho pani poori

Prem: Heeerrrr' oh god pehle ice-cream aura b yeh..

Heer: Chalo na Prem

Prem: You've gone mad

Heer: Haan tumhare pyaar mein..ab chaloge bhi ya mein chali jaoun??

Prem: Tumari baat kabhi nahi maani hai kya, jo aaj na maanoon' chalo

Heer: That's like my sweet Prem

Prem was dumbstruck. She didn't even give him time to think whose mistake it was..She was going on with her blabbering'She took a water bottle lying at the stall and poured it over his shirt wherever the stains were.. and then soaked in fully'

Prem: Heer ye kya kiya??

Heer: Shirt karab ho jayegi agar abhi paani nahi daala toh..

Prem: Lekin dekho ab mein poora bheeg gaya hoon ismein..

Heer: Oh sorry I jus got a lil mad..

Prem: A little???

Heer glared at Prem.

Prem: Ab looks dena band karo..batao ab mein kya karoon..is haalat mein toh hum jaa nahin sakte..

Heer: ab kya karenge??

She looks around for a while but there was nothing around except for the stall n the main road..Then something attracts her sight and she pulls Prem..

Prem: Heer kya kar rahi ho???

Heer: Prem woh dekho'ek shop

Prem sees a store on the other side of the road..and then reads the name'exclusive wedding collections..Before he could stop her, she drags him in..

Prem: Heer yahaan toh sirf sherwani hai'ab kya karein??

Heer: No problem..select 1..waise bhi aaj tumhara b'thday hai'thoda toh spl dikhna chahiye na..

Prem: Heer lekin'

Heer: No more discussions

Prem gave up and just followed her. After half an hour of going through various designs..both of them finalized one and Prem went to try that out while Heer was finding for something which matches his attire.

Prem comes out looking dashing and Heer couldn't control herself but jus leave her drooling over him. He comes closer to her and whispers slowly in her ears..

Prem: Lagta hai koi mujh par fida ho gaya hai

Heer comes out of her dreamland.

Heer: Prem you're just looking superb..

Prem bows and says thank you and both share a smile.

Heer: Prem you go and pay the bill tab tak mein aati hoon..

Prem: kahaan???

Heer: Surprise..

Heer leaves from there while Prem goes to pay the bill'

After a few minutes Prem pays the bill and starts searching for Heer..Someone taps on his shoulder causing him to turn and the sight in front of him leaves him breathless..

Heer: ab kon kis pe jyaada fida hua hai'

Prem: Heer you just look amazing'.

Heer: thank you'ab mujhe aise dekhte hi rahoge ya chalein

Prem: sorry chalo'

They walk to the car and Prem opens the door for her. She sits in and then Prem joins her..

Prem: So my princess where do you want your prince charming to take you??

Heer: Hmm..do I really need to say'

She gives him a look and Prem smiles and starts the car..

Prem stops the car on reaching the destination. He gets down followed by Heer. All of a sudden Prem felt darkness around him. His eyes were closed with the help of a piece of cloth.

Prem: Heer ye kya??

Heer: Jus wait for few min..

She guides him on the path and stops after a while.. She unfolds the cloth and Prem was surprised to see the decorations' they were just amazing'. His eyes start searching for Heer and that's when he sees her kneel right in front of him..

Heer: Prem kuch din pehle aise hi mein ne tumhse kuch poocha tha but something was missing then..So I jus want to make it complete today'

She stretches her hand holding out the ring towards him.

Heer: Will you marry me?

Prem couldn't help but get emotional seeing her like this. He could see her love right in her eyes which were shining.. He got to her level and placed his hand in her kissing her forehead. Heer slipped the ring onto his right ring finger and they hugged each other.

Loud applause from different directions caused them to break the hug and notice the surroundings. One by one the family members and a few friends and relatives came closer and wished Prem and congratulated the couple.

Preet: So bhai kaisa laga humara surprise???

Prem: Mujhe toh laga tum log bhool gaye ho

Pratham: Humare Prem ka b'thday aur hum bhool jaaye aisa kabhi ho hi nahi sakta'

Kunal: Toh how did you like my plan??

Prem: Toh yeh sab planning tumhari thi'

Kunal: (raising his collar) Of course aur kiski ho sakti hai'

Prem: Tumhara plan?? Wait matlab tum uss din yahaan se gaaye nahin'tumne sab kuch dekha tha'

Prem was ready to chase him, while Kunal was trying to defend himself..

Kunal: Woh I was worried for you'tum kahoge ya nahin..isiliye mein rukh gaya'.hey I was just there till Heer said'I went away right then'

Prem: Tu..tu aaj nahin bachega'

Prem was running after Kunal when Preet comes and stops him.

Preet: PB aap yeh tom n jerry game baad mein khel lo pehle'kuch adhure kaam poora karein'

Prem: Matlab..

Preet takes something out of his shirt pocket handing it to Prem.

Preet: this ring is waiting to be put into someone's hand..Aapko pata hoga na kiska..

Preet winks at him. Prem sees Heer busy attending some guests along with Gayatri and Gauri. Prem walks over to her and catches hold of her wrist. She smiles shyly and tries to free it without turning back but Prem twirls it causing her to turn and fall on him.

He catches her with one hand wrapped around her waist and with the other free hand slips the ring onto her finger in the midst of whistles and cheers from Preet, Kunal and others..Flowers fall on them from the top as arranged by Preet. They stand close to each other; their hands entwined together enjoying the flower rain'

Later everyone celebrated Prem's birthday.. Preet and Kunal didn't leave even a small portion of Prem's face uncovered by the cream and they took pictures of him with Heer in the same get up..Everyone had fun teasing the lovebirds and partying'It was getting dark..

Gayatri: Acha ab ghar chalein'yahaan ka celebration hogaya hai..ab ghar mein mera pota-poti intezaar kar rahe honge'unka bhi toh special day hai aaj'chaloo..

They go home and everyone goes to their respective rooms to freshen up.. Prem fell on the bed as soon as he enters his room but his happiness was short lived..An angry Heer enters in shouting at him for spoiling the bed sheets'There was still cream on his face and some on his dress..

Heer: Prem aaj kya tumne sab kuch karab karne ka iraada hai kya..pehle shirt aur phir'

Prem walks up to her and holds her ear.

Prem: Acha shirt mein ne karab kiya???

Heer: Woh'woh'sorry Prem it was a part of the plan'

Prem: Kitna acha acting karti ho tum Heer'Subah toh mein darr hi gaya tha..the way you were scolding me'

Heer: Toh mein kya karti'agar chilla thi nahin..toh you'd have guessed something fishy going on'tumhare dimaag ko rest dene ke liye I just thought of that'

Prem: Very clever'

Heer: Thank you'waise Prem you're looking really funny in this make up'

Prem: (faking anger) Kya??

Heer: Sach mein..tumhe bata nahin sakti..how hard it's been for me to control my laughter seeing you like this..

Prem: Heerrr'

He corners her near the window and places his hands on either side of her to prevent her from running away. He then rubs his cheeks on her, applying the cream all over her face'

Prem: ab dekhte hain koun funny lag raha hai'

He runs away from an angry Heer'They hit each other with pillows and then Heer was trying to hit him when he escapes into bathroom showing his tongue out' Heer takes her clothes and goes to other room to get ready'

Heer walks into Prem's room after getting dressed just like a princess and earning fabulous compliments from her to be mom-in-law and sis-in-law..She arranges the things thrown here n there on the floor due to their fight. She smiles recollecting how they fought just like small kids.

She was arranging a few things in the cup board when Prem walked out just a towel wrapped around his waist'Heer closes the cup board door and sees Prem standing in a towel throwing a towel with which he haphazardly dried his hair on the bed.

Heer: hey wait mein bhi hoon iss room mein..

Prem: Toh..

Heer: Toh..toh kya.. tum aise kaise bahar aa sakte ho'

Prem: My room my wish..

Heer: It was your room but not yours anymore..It's ours now..isiliye you've to follow some rules

Prem: Acha..aur woh rules kya hai???

Heer: no.1) never throw wet or dry towel like this on bed'She picks up the towel on the bed and makes him sit on the chair wiping his wet hair properly..

Prem smiles and pulls her hands down causing them to rest over his shoulder..

Prem: and

Heer: dry your hair properly..

Prem gets up and turns to her side, pulling her closer and placing his hands over her waist and hers were wrapped around his neck..

Prem: Pehle wala I'll give it a thought but doosra wala I don't think it's necessary..tum hona na..

He nuzzles his lips on her cheek and his hands were caressing her bare waist transporting her to a different world but then she remembers something and pushes him away..

Heer: aaj sirf saagai huyi hai..shaadi nahi'get ready fast and come down..

Heer was about to leave when Prem pulls her back embracing her again..

Heer: Prem chodo..

Prem: One sec..

He pushes her hair on side and resting his chin on the other side..He gets a clear view of her back. He then picks up the two untied strings and ties them placing a kiss on her back and shoulder and leaves her..

Heer utters a quick thanks and turns to leave but then turns again..and placing a quick kiss on his lips runs away from there..Prem hits the pillow falling on bed and then gets ready.

Preet was happy that his PB enjoyed the surprise. He went to his room to get ready and then got busy checking the last minute preparations. He was very happy to see the contented faces of his PB n Heer bhabhi'He wished had he stopped Meher he would have been happy and elated just like them but he didn't..He cursed himself for ruining his happiness'

He got busy in checking out things when he heard the main door bell ring continuously..He found no one in the hall so he himself went to attend it..He was shocked to see the person standing on the other side of the door'All he could utter was "MEHER"'

Heer came to check whether things were properly arranged or not when he found Preet standing at the door like a statue. She walked somewhat slower to see what happened when she noticed a beautiful girl standing in front of him'

She could guess that it was Meher seeing Preet's state..She moved forward and hugged her saying "I'm really glad that you came"

Meher stood at the door of Juneja Mansion unable to decide whether to go in or not'She took a deep breath and recalled conversation with Heer last night..Slowly her hands made their way towards the bell and she rang it closing her eyes'

She slowly opened her eyes when she heard the sound of the door opening'.she found the man himself for whom she's here'She could hear him say Meher but was unable to open her mouth'Without even blinking her eyes for once she kept staring at him.. She felt someone hugging her, bringing her out of her dazed state. After what she heard, she assumed that it must be Heer bhabhi.. She broke out of the hug to see her'

She was really as beautiful as Preet described her'Even though it was the first time she saw her, she felt some attachment with her..She felt as if she found a big sister, she always longed to have'

Preet stood there looking more puzzled..Seeing his Heer bhabhi and Meher interact..According to his knowledge neither of them knew each other'Sometimes he shared his experiences of one with the other but they haven't met'

Preet: Heer bhabhi'

Heer: Preet'meet Meher, my friend'

Preet: Friend???

Heer: Haan..woh actually I met her while I was in U.S.

Preet: Ohh

Meher: Nice to meet you..Preet ji..

Preet(himself): Preet ji????? Ouch that hurt'

Heer: Meher andar chalo..tayaar ho jao phir sab se milati hoon'

Heer and Meher leave from there. Preet was shocked beyond words. Why the hell was Meher pretending like she doesn't know him???
