I guess Sanjana is the person who wants to kill prem to make heer suffer badly..or it may be geet too , she may be trying to back stab prem and heer.

i think is all Geet planning that everyone focus on Heer that someone wants to kill her, so no1 put attention on Prem, so the target is Prem and not Heer...
