heh. from the middle of the episode, when phukda** lay very firm claims on her mama, there was one big question that popped up in my mind. which remained till the end of the episode: did you have that same question too? 😆 the question which is the very last ''thing'' in the bt,lt today... 😆

after six long years of maintaining hatred, she has suddenly started wondering if heer cares for her? after all this time of wheezing hatred in every breath she takes, that her own daughter died of heer-related causes, she suddenly made this all about whether heer paid her more respect than heer loved prem??!?!
what universe shifts are we getting to see happen in the skull of the creatives/script-writers??! are these the same people who have been scripting for glob for the last two months?? have they just now understood who glob was 'cause they have finished watching the episodes in 2008 or s'thing?
what the heck was that whole glob-flashback of heer taking care of gayatri-vegetable?? yes, you morons. that was heer. yes, you mass of rotting flesh, that is what she did.
*of course, one benefit of those flashbacks was that we get to see how young heer used to be those days! what a ... lovely creature heer has been, and is today. i love how we see that heer has actually grown up. now if only we can see that prem has grown up too... 😃*

* hc-ag as prem-heer thing: but then it becomes even more remarkable to watch hc-as-prem and ag-as-heer today, then.
'cause through all the moments today when pbauji was giving heer charge of her responibilities to love and be with prem for the rest of her life, watching how prem's eyes grew moisty, or how heer's eyes filled up -- wow.
if they were in the middle of a shot with everyone, it'd have been simpler, i guess. but if they did this while they were on their own, facing stand-ins of other actors reading the dialogues out to them, while the cameras were trained on their face, then those emotions in their eyes were quite brilliant.
seriously. these two play prem and heer so perfectly, it's just wow.

i loved the reactions on prem's face and heer's face when he said that -- just by the look in their eyes, 'specially prem! how does he get his eyes to go moist just like that?? and the way he swallowed as if his throat had become tight watching heer promise his father that she would obey all the promises the old man was asking for on behalf of his son.... 😍

and even though i loved how the end, it somehow came back to prem and heer -- two of them even after having started of as three of them -- , i remember that this is rather exactly what prem had said at the last proper shiv mandir meeting between prem and heer. he had vanished from office and made heer frantic about where he had gone. and she finally figured she'd find him at shiv mandir? *oh wonderful real shiv mandir! 😭 miss you, that shiv mandir!* when he put her payal back around her ankle, he said that he would stand in front of anyone and everyone who tried to separate them. that he would never allow them to be apart.
and so, what he said today was... just that. something he said today. something that i don't think i'll remember like what he said the first time.
y'know? we have seen the first part a lot, the ''aaj mein prem juneja, inn hawaon ko sakshi maankay...''. but i have always, always, always loved the second part of his declaration that day even more.
