why did prem say he lost Heer? he have no confidence that she will come back to him or he already agree to marry GEET?

If he sees love in Heer eyss, which means he just need to do little bit of push and Heer will confess her love.

Though prem might ve kiphphed heer on forehead/cheek before, this kiphph was the sweetest..It was love,gratitude everything combined..and was so delicate..I dont know why but it was so touching!
I love prem-heer!
